Food is good but when I order ahead on the app for pick up, I expect my order to be ready when I pick up, not me having to verify my card and ID and THEN they make my food, when im at the restaurant, like it is NOT order ahead at that point. Really frustrating.

I decided to give this place another try which was a mistake! I ordered a classic 8 piece and paid extra for flats only. I got home and I have 2 flats only! It’s like they don’t listen to anything you tell them. Last time there I ordered 2 different flavors and both flavors tasted the same! I think I’m going to have to move on to a different location or a different chicken place!

First time I come here knowing it was 3rd quarter Super Bowl, but if it’s open they still have a job to do and to make it right. I ordered Atomic Wings for me. They barely any sauce ! Had to throw them away. In this economy I can’t afford to pay for food and end up throwing it away because they were in a rush and did not give me what I ordered and paid for with my hard earned money! Thanks! now im left with no dinner !

Ordered online, they called me 2 min later to confirm I placed an order and then tell me I have to come and show my card and ID, I told her my husband will pick up the order my babies are asleep, she said no that "I had to come' so If my 80 yr old grandma placed and order you mean to tell me I have to bring her too??? Everyone that picked up an order was not asked to show their card or ID. When I get there my order is not even ready and made us wait extra long. Discrimination and I will take action!!! Never will return

I have been going to this place for 6 years and always got good service and excellent food but what happened today is very disappointing. I placed my order online and went to pickup my order after 30 minutes but I was told that I have to wait because they didn’t start my order as their policy said they can’t start any online order more than $20 until they check my credit card. I have been told that they called me to confirm the payment but this doesn’t happen no one called me. I was okay to wait to finish my order. The Problem is after I waited about 15 more minutes I got my order and drove back home I found out half of my order is missing. I went back to tell them and after he checked what is inside my bag he said your order is correct and could not believe until I opened the boxes and count the wings to make him believe that the half of my order is missing. The employee touched my order with his hand the fries got cold and not good to eat. I asked him to refund me or get me a new order. The employee was very careless not even feeling sorry about his mistake. He told me he will ask the manager and after that he came back to tell me no refund and no new food. If I want a new fresh food I have to place a new order and pay for it!! What they can do is that they will just add the missing pieces that they forgot to add. It is very disappointing and very bad customer service. I will never come back here anymore. It is okay to do mistakes but it is not okay to handle the mistakes you have done in a very careless way.

It was only 11:25pm when I walked in. The individual seen me and proceeded to ignore me and continued with what he was doing. When he finally came up and asked what I needed he claimed they were closed when it wasn’t 12am yet. The window even says closed until midnight.
