I’ve only been here a couple times but I’ve confirmed it is definitely my favorite sushi place! I ordered the Las Vegas roll and it was amazing. Even their Wasabi is better than what I’ve tried elsewhere. I’m looking forward to eating from here again.

I recently dined at Yatai Sushi Restaurant, and I must say, the freshness of their sushi was impressive. Each piece was prepared fresh, and you could really taste it in every bite. The fish was very fresh, melting in my mouth and full of flavor. It seems that Yatai pays attention to using fresh ingredients, which made my experience quite satisfying. If you’re looking for sushi that emphasizes freshness, Yatai Sushi is definitely worth a visit!

Fresh, fresh and fresh! Tried 4 different rolls, nice size cuts and variety! Atmosphere is relaxing and the staff and Sushi chefs were friendly.

Ordered a pork katsu bento box for their lunch special. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Also, the salad was really crisp and refreshing. It was all good!

I've been coming here for years, Danny is the best at what he does hands down the other chefs are just as skilled, the service is always top notch, servers are always attentive, the food is amazing, it doesn't matter what you pick it will all be fresh and delicious. It's a great spot for dates, or just gathering of friends and coworkers.

The sashimi and sushi are UNREAL. Fatty tuna, salmon, and octopus melt in your mouth. We ordered a sashimi plate and received a free salmon kama which was also delicious. We also tried the Firestone roll which had a nice smoky element and good crunch. Everything tastes very fresh and light. I've paid far more for sushi of a lesser quality. It's a cute restaurant, clean, with a nice relaxed ambiance. Don't skip this spot!
