I picked up an apple galette from Bonnie's yesterday evening and it was delicious! Homemade crust--had a bit of a bite which I love because I don't want a soggy galette. The apples also had a bit of a bite as they were not overcooked. I served it with vanilla bean ice cream; it was to die for! I believe she makes a pear galette as well-- I'll try that one next time.
Each and every time I have ordered from Bonnie's, I as well as my guest enjoyed the selection. You can taste it was made with love. On each occasion when I picked up my orders, the grounds were well manicured and free of debris.

Just picked up an apple galette yesterday and it was delicious! I warmed it up in the air fryer so that I could have it with some vanilla bean ice cream. The crust on the galette is nice and buttery, flaky and isn't overpowered by the sweet caramely glaze on the apples. The apples still had a bit of bite to them so you don't have to worry about it being soggy the next day. I'll be sure to try the pear galette next time!
