Always incredible food and service! I get the lox and bagel almost every time, but they have a great variety of foods, from breakfast items to soups, salads, sandwiches, even wings and fried chicken. It's been my experience that the food in every restaurant in this casino is good to excellent. Big props to resort food management! The atmosphere is casual and clean, with plenty of tables for dining. This place is part of a "food court" at the south side of the casino. Perfect for that road trip break, or to take with you on the road. Cheerful efficient service, and we always look forward to the spotless and upscale feel of the casino restrooms.

Love this place , they always deliver on providing great food. It's a good place to people watch too. I've had the cheeseburger, but and the pizza all delicious. This place is located inside the Agua Caliente casino, Rancho mirage.

Got burgers and fries with my fiancé. The man who took our order was great, his name was Noe. Very friendly and welcoming and got our order quick. Handed us our drinks fast as well and we took a seat. The lady who then called for the food pick up at the counter was just so rude and unwelcoming. Didn't give me my ranch(had to ask again), didn't give me the toppings on the side, and couldn't respond to a simple thank you/ when I needed a refill she was very rude about me not knowing the procedure it was my first time eating here. She tried to make me feel stupid probably won't eat here again..

I was at the Ace Deli yesterday in the late morning and ordered the $8 matzo ball soup with noodles. The soup came with crackers and was served in a paper container. The guy at the counter was friendly and the soup was ready in about ten minutes. I had no problem with the wait. I am a very big fan of matzo ball soup. I am not Jewish and am not from the East Coast. My standard (the bar) in rating this soup is Manischewitz Matzo Ball & Soup Mix I can get at the store between $2.50 to $4.00. The Ace Deli soup was a poor example. The broth was weak and had little chicken/vegetable flavor. There were few vegetables and the noodles were undercooked and the quality on the cheap side. The matzo ball had some taste. The entire dish in my estimate was microwaved then transferred to the paper container. I was really disappointed with the Ace Deli soup. But hey, let me get you a good bowl of matzo ball soup. If you can get in your car, leave the casino property and drive to Sherman's Deli on Country Club Drive (about 5 to 6 miles away) you will get a much better example of matzo ball soup.

All the food is so so delicious and a very fair price to boot. My favorite is the grilled Ham and cheddar cheese on wheat and the breakfast sandwiches are excellent

Pastrami Sandwhich is very good. Comes with good frys.Pizza I had half pineapple/ham and the other half 5 cheeses......not the best pizza but an excellent crust but a definite top tier pizza. I will have again, but not the 5 cheese...I will get pepperoni.

This place is literally such a gem in the desert, I am sure most people don't even think to go. The wings at the Ace Deli are by far some of the best wings I've had. Also, the pastrami sandwich! Fire! So far I've not had anything that I dislike. And to top it off, I always treat myself with an everything cookie for dessert, which is one of my favorite cookies.

Ordered the Reuben Sandwich (Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese, Kraut, Thousand Island dressing on Rye bread) for lunch. The Rye bread was an excellent soft Rye grilled to perfection . The Corned Beef was very tender, with a great flavor. The sour Kraut was not to salty. The thousands island dressing that ace uses on it burgers and Reuben sandwiches is very tasty.It came with crinkled French fries, very crisp.Cooked perfectly, quick service.Topped off the lunch with a cold bottled Bud light.

We ate here twice during our stay. Had the chicken avocado sandwich the first time which was pretty good. The chicken a tad dry but the avocado made up for the dryness. Also had a breakfast bagel with egg and cheese. That was pretty good too.

Pretty good food here and pretty decent serving sizes. I wound up here twice during our stay, once for a burger and once for a pizza. Speaking of pizza, they don't have it on the menu board but they do have slices available for a little over $5. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it was pretty darn good. Definitely enough for three, even though there were only two of us. That left us some leftovers, which, even when cold the next day, were still good. The burger was good, the fries were okay. They have free refills on the soft drinks so that's always a plus in my book. The only negative was that my order, and 3 other patrons, did not make it from the register to the kitchen. After waiting for 20 minutes for a burger, I went up to ask. That's when I found the others who also hadn't received their food. Turns out, there's some sort of glitch between the register and the kitchen that doesn't print a ticket from time to time. So...don't wait too long if you don't get called, go check. But, with that being said, I'd go back and try their other items. Enjoy!!!

Here on a busy Saturday before a sold out concert. They have 3 food concepts at one consolidated food-court area, with seating scattered left and right.We haven't gotten our food yet, so this review is about logistics of the place:1) Have a beverage server, since people have to stalk out a table and food takes a while. Someone's at the table, while someone else is ordering food. This would also take some burden off the ordering stations.2) Increase your seating.

I had signed up with the registeration desk to be able to charge the room under my fiances reservation. Unfortunately he felt sick and had to go to the room. This place declined to let me charge to the room with my id/players card and said they would haven to see his id. I told them that its wrong of them to expect someone thats not feeling well to come back down and if he can just send a photo of his id. They told me no. Instead of calling the front desk to double check if i can charge to the room (which i confirmed afterwords with the front desk that i can) they kept telling me thwy cant do anything. They really need to fix the error in their system or whatever their issue is. Food is just okay.
