I live in Irvine & commute to work once a month & I try not to ever leave Rancho Mirage without stopping at my favorite bakery & sandwich shop. I go to the small one inside Clark's Nutrition & their sandwiches always hit!!! I sometimes also grab a loaf of fresh bread, bagels or the Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

We shared the Bystander on jalapeno cheddar bread & the Prime Cut on rye bread. My reliable option is the Aspen on a croissant. SO GOOD! I am never disappointed in anything I try there. My assistant tells me the full store in Palm Springs is even better & I cannot wait to try it.

Dropped in and ordered the Tuscany sandwich, it was really good. Upon ordering, the employees were really friendly, and engaged in pleasant conversation. They even provided a complimentary brownie for tasting.
I'm really impressed by the service, the food and look forward to my next visit.

Big fan of their 9 grain bread. So many so-called whole grain breads taste like air. Not this one! Beautiful texture, aroma (!), and flavor. Their brownies are also dense, with real chocolate taste. Oh, and what I've wanted for years: a soft ginger cookie that actually tastes like ginger!

Excellent place for the most delicious sandwiches made fresh served in a box with a cookie, pickle and a small potato salad. Everything is beautifully designed and very tasty. Great prices and very high-quality food. You will not be disappointed here. A wonderful place to enjoy the best sandwiches. Plenty of parking spaces and handicapped spots are available.

The best bakery in the desert. All the locations are terrific. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have the best tasting gluten free bread and cookies.Give them a try. And you decided.

Sandwiches are very good, as they should be considering they bake their own bread!

Great tasting quality sandwiches and salads. This is one of my favorite lunch spots in the desert! Friendly and fast customer service as well.

Great Bread. They have a a section with their sweet stuff. Sample each. Great Cookies at a good price. Their dinner rolls are yummy.

Wow! I was in the area for a lacrosse tournament for my son starving and came across Aspen Mills when I was stocking up on some healthy snacks for my son at Clark's. I ordered the Tuscan and it was amazing! Don't miss this tucked away little hidden gem!

I was lucky enough to try the tuna sandwich and I have to without a shadow of a doubt this was the best tuna salad sandwich I've ever had, its was so fresh!!! The only thing I would change is add onions but this is just preference. Can't wait for next time Aspen Mills
