It closed two weeks ago. I used to love the blu ember and came out here for lunch or cocktails every time I would be out in the desert. Unfortunately, I just came out tonight and found out that it is closed. It’s been replaced with an Italian restaurant. So sad.

Amazing experience, everyone was very welcoming and attentive to us. Their new menu was spectacular, top hits were definitely the Whipped Burrata and Arancini, and the New York steak topped with gorgonzola cheese and a balsamic that tied everything in perfectly. Will definitely be back soon as I've been dreaming about the steak for days now!

The food was better than expected for a hotel restaurant. They have outdoor seating, bar seating and indoor seating. The onion soup and braised beef were really good, and so are the drinks.
They also have a new restaurant opening called Date Night, which looks very modern and cozy, it should be opening up in in one week around November 20th.

We had the misfortune of being there on what seemed to be the first night of the new dinner menu. The wait times and general chaos was unmistakeable. We had two different meals delivered to our table that were not for us. I can highly recommend the grilled whole branzino but that is it. By whole, it means head and tail, but they did filet it for us. The rest of the meal was unremarkable and the dessert menu was without any merit at all. We tried the Date Cake and it tasted heavily floral and almost like soap. The new menu has become way too bougie and eclectic for the crowd they serve. I hope they make a few changes and get back on track. Lunch was still a strong win, with the old favorites served up perfectly.

Beautiful surroundings. Food is good and service is excellent. El fresco dining when weather permits makes it very special.

Good food and great wine selection! Service wasn't bad but would have expected just a bit more at an Omni.

Attended ta business conference and thought I'd try the onsite cuisine. Service was good, food was also good. A little pricey but expected for the area.

It's a hotel restaurant so I don't think it should compare it to other high end places, but given that we thought the food was good although certainly a bit on the expensive side. Being family friendly with kids meals at a family resort makes it a decent balance of nice steaks and entrees that your kids can also eat at and not feel like it's too fancy.

1. Someone rudely asked us if someone sat my husband and I as we sat at a table with glasses of water waiting for our food.
2. The side of fries was $10 and smaller than anything I’ve ever seen. $1 per fry.
3. They gave me 5 chips for my $20 Peruvian ceviche...
4. This $12 Mac n cheese had to have been Kraft deluxe with shells…

Needless to say we just wasted $50 bucks. Very disappointed..

I checked out the newly opened Blu Ember in Flushing. They say they started out as a seafood restaurant and have hired Michelin-starred chef . The seafood was indeed fresh and delicious. The overall atmosphere, service, and prices are comparable to those at the Isle of Man. They even have their own bar, and the drinks are quite affordable and unique, making it perfect for a date.

A few of the best value dishes I'd recommend: Yellowtail Crudo, charcoal-grilled beef tongue, and black truffle fries. They're affordable yet Michelin-quality, and you'd be hard-pressed to find them elsewhere.

For cocktails, I recommend the Saline Solution, which uses a baijiu base. I'm not a huge fan of baijiu, but this one has a strong sauce flavor, but it masks the alcohol really well. It's very enjoyable and unique.
