Cool little place/factory tours perfect for folks/staff so nice/wonderful energy in the place! With that said, I expected soooo much more from the ice cream bar. Had no pizzazz. It was good, but far from memorable. I expected bursting flavor, it was more like eh it’s ok. Best part though was the super nice lady at the register, full of personality. ?

The customer service is top notch. We were given samples which were super fresh. We tried the vanilla shake and the ice cream bar, our personal opinion is the toffee icecream bar is the best since it has a bunch of the toffee as well as its dipped in a chocolate that turns into a hard shell.Bathroom available, tables to sit and enjoy treats and there is a glass window to see the production of the toffee!Cute, clean place to go solo, a date, with family or friends! They also have a rewards program.

I went in store a while ago to buy some toffee as a gift and this was the second time I had a bad customer experience with their worker Vicky. She kept interrupting me and cutting me off when I was asking a few questions, she seemed annoyed to be helping me. I love Brandini Toffee as I think it's great for gifting but she left me with a bad impression of the company unfortunately :(

He put on a show for the kids while he dipped the ice cream and made the shakes. He is an exceptional addition to that facility and the kids absolutely loved him and the treats!

I love Brandini Toffee so much that I wanted to share it with some friends in Florida. I chose the Toffee Bites… 6 oz. For $19. Then on checkout the shipping was $25. Seriously? To ship a 6 oz. tin? And that was for 3-6 day standard delivery. That’s just plain gouging.
