Run down location felt like LA. Drinks were way to sweet and the staff was rude. I'll be spreading the word in my network never again.

I've been here twice and both boba teas were balanced (not too sweet) and made with great care. They have tons of flavors and options. The seating area is comfortable as well.

Love this place, I have a Tesla and charge my car at the chargers and always come here while I wait. The employees are always nice and caring and the tea is always great. Hardly ever busy, I hope more people come here in the future. Every other spot in the river isn’t really great to hang out unless you’re trying to sit down and eat. Has free WiFi for customers and I sometimes hope on my laptop and do homework. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

Great Boba and and affordable. I got a thai milk tea and my daughter got a mango slush with strawberry boba. It was delicious and great customer service!!

Pretty good

First time visiting. Went around 5pm on a Saturday. One thing that was good was the front area which was scenic and the ample seating area. Upon entering we saw a guy having a smoke when he saw us, he put out his cigarette and entered to help us. I had my child with me and he reeked of cigarette smoke which was a huge turnoff neither did he wash his hands. They were also out of boba which was disappointing as well. I will not return but I do recommend for first time visitors to try it out.

I just ordered on uber eats. There’s a reason why there’s a note section, if you can’t complete the request, it said to call customer. Now I have a drink I have no need for because you can’t read instructions.

I live just across the way in Rancho Las Palmas and was so excited to find this boba store. I went in last night and input my order on the touch screen. As I was getting ready to check out, I was surprised at how expensive my drink was. On closer look, I saw that they added a 10% service charge. I felt deceived and offended that they tried to sneak in a service fee. What’s worse, they then wanted me to select a tip amount. Do they really expect their customers to pay a 10% service charge and also leave a tip? I would much prefer that they just pay their employees a reasonable hourly rate and build that into their drink price instead of trying to sneak in a 10% service fee. We left and went to Tea Be Honest, who is “honest” with their pricing.

Taro is good. Jasmine milk tea is too plain.

I've never had such bad service when asking a polite question about something on a menu. I was looking for something icy and blended. This girl was rolling her eyes every time I asked a question. My friend felt so awkward, she went to get Ben and Jerry's next door while I got my drink. I felt so stupid when I left. Maybe the girl working was having a bad day, but that's no reason to treat someone so terrible.
