Dickey's Barbecue Pit

We ordered dinner from here for our family of eight, and got notice at the time our food was going to be delivered that the order was abruptly cancelled . Nobody would answer the phone and we couldn’t get an answer as to what the heck happened to our order.

This place is literally the only place I get BBQ from in Palm Springs (but always this, the Rancho Mirage location.) They treat me like family, I order like 3x a week and they've even called me to make sure I didn't mess up an online order- THAT IS CUSTOMER CARE, AND CUSTOMER RETENTION. I couldn't praise this place enough; being a man from Alabama, their fried okra is top notch, which is reason enough to love the place.

Had a wonderful lunch there at that dickies barbecue location. The staff was very accommodating and kind and the food is always yummy.

Disappointed. They were out of one of the potato meals we wanted for takeout, even though the day had just started.

If you want BBQ we'll this place isn't the place to go I ordered the family meal and the meat was burnt and tasted funky and don't get me started with the sides they didn't even have the basics and they didn't even want to compromise with anything since I'm paying over 100$ and make sure they wash their hands to. unprofessional place no customer service at all wondering how they even pass the health inspection don't waste your money here honestly.

I walked in and Tanya greeted me, she has such a cool vibe, I think this spot is better then other stores. Bought and devoured the brisket & pulled pork. I'll be back to this location only.
