Tables were dirty, and the monotone robot young teenagers gave horrible customer service.

I ordered from this place for the first time and went to pick up on my lunch break and once I came back to my job I opened my bowl and had no sauce as I requested 3 different sauces on my online order and I called them back later and they refused to refund or remake me a bowl and said there employees are right and not the customer I will not recommend coming here and I will let others know as well very poor management

For the price, I expected better presentation and service. The young man working the line seemed untrained and unsure of how to properly assemble the bowl—he didn’t even offer us a sauce tasting. I paid $1.50 extra for masago, and it was just dropped onto the tray like we were back in a middle school cafeteria. The serving bowl? It felt like something straight out of Yogurtland. At least invest in some stainless steel bowls, which you can easily find at any dollar store! The quality and freshness were disappointing, I’d rate them 2/10. The atmosphere was also lacking, with no AC running in the middle of the Coachella Valley heat. I understand it’s fast food poke, but this was a letdown. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Incredibly small portions. The worst I’ve seen anywhere in Southern California. Additional charges for toppings that are included at other locations. It starts with the smallest bowl. Toppings were very limited. Only spinach for greens??? When I got my bowl it looked as if someone already ate halfway through, it was that meager. When I get poke from other places, my plate is picture worthy and plenty enough to share. But this was sad.
I get it that we’re in an inflation but a rise in cost should not mean sacrifice the portions as well. Not coming back. There are plenty other places that do better and that’s where I’ll go.

I've been to this place numerous times. It's a place I want to go to when I want to eat healthy and craving salmon. My husband and I have met the super nice owner, Tim. He took time to walk over to our table once and chatted with us. The food is always fresh and good.
Now the complaint. There's only 1 person placing an order and we walked in. The young girl looked at us both and did not greet us. None of the 3 girls failed to greet us. Instead, the first young girl looked at my husband and then looked me up and down with a spiteful scowl look. She didn't say anything, then a second girl was talking to the 3rd girl behind the counter, while we waited. The 3rd girl walked over, we thought to help us, but instead told us someone would be with us in a few mins. Then walked away to talk to the 2nd girl again. We began to feel as if we were inconveniencing them. The 3rd girl finally walked up to help, when my husband asked a question about a meal item. She was very abrupt and rude and said she was the supervisor. Mind you none of these girls were wearing name tags so I can't tell you who they were, but we had the feeling that she was not the supervisor by the way she was acting. We were so upset by the experience that we left.
No one knows what customer service means these days. It's really sad. It would have been nice to have been greeted with a smile and served instead of waiting while they talked. The employees set the ambiance with their mood. Negative attitude promotes an unhappy customer experience.

I asked for sauce/dressing on the side. And then there was no sauce/dressing, but I didn't say hold the sauce/dressing. When I asked for the sauce/dressing, the clerk said ok, but dis not return. It was busy so- whatever. It was just okay.

Been a regular for years just to wait fifteen minutes and leave without even ordering. Don't think I'll be coming back.

I love the employees shirts! Such positive messages! I will definitely go again next time I visit Indio with my family! My family enjoyed it so much! I just wish they didn’t have to use plastic lids nor spoons.

I usually like this location but today they forgot my 1/2 chips for my bowl. Was disappointed about it since I’ve never had this happen before. Always 1/2 rice 1/2 chips also the tea tasted like straight tap water. Their teas are usually amazing …
Always good dining experience.
