Honestly, if I could give no stars I would have. It was my first time at this location. We were seated immediately. It was a somewhat busy Sunday morning and I do understand a busy restaurant. We sat waiting patently as the tables around us were served breakfast. We assumed that when the others had gotten their food, we'd be waited on. Another table was seated right next to us several minutes after us. We waited, they waited. 2 servers seemed to be working our area. Neither of them greeted either new tables in any way. After we had been waiting OVER 15 minutes, the table next to us got waited on. We decided to leave at that point since it felt as though we were being ignored. No one said a word as we left. Not the servers who watched us leave, not the host at the front. Not a single person. Honestly, as a former food server and restaurant manager, I am extra patient when it's busy. But I won't be back.

I was surprised at the extensive selection of breakfast coices. Omelettes were very large and delicious. Pancakes were light and fluffy. Prices were fair. Good service as well.

My boyfriend and I were in Palm Springs, and we usually visit smaller, charming breakfast spots. However, I suggested we go to IHOP to save money. He was surprised to find that his meal cost $10. Where could you get a meal for that price? We live in Beverly Hills, where a bagel sandwich costs $25. If you’re hungry and looking for a hearty meal at a reasonable price, IHOP is a good choice.
The food was okay today but is usually good when we go. The service was great, friendly people. Total 4.9 overall
