I had to leave a review after I saw all the love Kobe was getting on here! I can’t believe he was able to work two shifts the same day THEN peddle all the way over to Indio to work the night shift! Still gave great service with a smile! To the manager - you gotta start paying Kobe better so he can trade in that schwinn and get a honda!

As with all In-N-Outs this place is BUSY, but the employees are kind, helpful and eager to help. I dropped my drink and the employee was there in seconds to help clean up and even offered to refill my drink. Very kind!

I am admittedly not the biggest burger fan- but just flying in from out of town, we were starving. The burger (double) with grilled onions was to die for- and the chocolate shake was perfect!

It's In-N-Out, you're either a fan or you're not, but if you enjoy it and know what to expect, then it's great. Make use of the "secret" options for the ideal experience; for me personally that means any size cheeseburger w/extra toast, whole grilled onion, and fries well.

This is the most consistently inconsistent In-N-Out we've ever been to and, unfortunately, it's the closest to home. Food quality is rarely on par with what you'd expect from In-N-Out, it is always crowded, and not as clean as you'd normally expect either.

In-N-Out Burger was delicious! Bit of a line when we got there but the line was really fast. After we ordered, we had to wait around 10 minutes and we got our food! Was pretty fast for all of the people there! Most of the tables were full but we were able to find one - people were coming and going so didn’t take too long for a table to free up!
The staff there were very friendly! They offered to take our empty tray away and our garbage. Staff were constantly going around helping people and cleaning the tables
Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option is a burger minus the meat (ie grilled cheese)
Parking: Lots of parking but it was all full. Had to park a little far away
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!
