Small friendly place. Lots of great dishes beyond the standard Mexicali or Texmex fair.
Tried the daily special, mole enchiladas. Smelled just like a chocolate churro. Great.
Salsa had good flavor but could be a little spicier.

Conveniently located, with a full bar, great specials and specialty Mexican food (trust me when I say Mexican food isn’t all as generic as taco Hell or Del Taco but has great regional variations). Their mole is very creamy and thick but too sweet for me, their steak fajitas are great, steak ala mexicana, while yummy is different,, great tasting salsa and crispy fresh chips are served. Margarita was excellent.

Fabulous food, service, and drinks! Brought my family here and everyone was so happy with their dinner. We had the tampiquena, carnitas, and sizzling fajitas and loved every bite. Taste, freshness, portion size all made for a great dinner. Highly recommend you come!

This restaurant has been my personal favorite since I discovered but as of today 06/14/24 it has lowered my expectations we at our job make orders for our LUNCH a young kind lady answers asks for names on the order we ordered 30 mins ahead of time me and my coworker pick up and this old lady with a bob haircut in her mid 50's with central american accent starts to give attitude saying she has no order under the names we stated and that they do not take order by name very dissaspointed I attempt to pay expecting to do seperate checks which she does not even let me explain all this time this employee was rude and made us lose unnecesary time we spent more than 15 mins arguing with her this place better do something about this lady as she is not welcoming at all
Stopped in while visiting the city and everyone loved their food.
