Street Tacos
Two mini soft tacos with your choice of fish, carnitas, shredded chicken, al pastor, or carne asada. Topped with sautéed onion, cilantro, queso fresco fish tacos topped with shredded cabbage mix, and our special chipotle sauce.
Homemade Guacamole
Fresh avocados mixed with a touch of jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, a dash of salt, and pepper. Chopped tomatoes on the side.
Queso Fundido
Melted creamy cheese with a kick serve fondue style and with tostadas for dipping.
Nachos

Happy hour was very enjoyable. Sports bar atmosphere - servers were busy yet still well natured and attentive. Not too loud for good conversation. Reasonable happy hour food prices. Tacos were decent and getting extra limon was no problem! :)

I had a good meal at Maracas this past week. I got the street tacos plate and was very impressed with the spread. The beef and the chicken were the best. The fish taco was shredded fish and was a little dry for my liking. The queso fundido con chorizo however was delicious and definitely would recommend to anyone coming by. The staff was all very friendly and I hope to be back soon!

Enjoyed a really quick lunch with my bride here the other day.The steak and enchiladas were really full of flavor and they actually got the skirt steak to a medium doneness.Cheese enchiladas are bursting with all of their gooey goodness.The salsa and chips were also on point. Chips were crisp but needed salt. The salsa is drinkable.Overall we will continue to frequent this place when we are in the Valley.
