I haven’t had McDonald’s in a long time, so I didn’t know what to expect however safe to say this location was amazing. I dined in july 2nd at 3pm for my lunch hour and the food was ready within 10 mins hot and fresh to my table. I decided to stay inside after my meal and enjoy the AC and one of the older gentleman even offered to take my tray! Then, I decided to get a cone to end my lunch since it was super hot outside. And the younger lady at the register gave me my cone along with ice cream in a cup because the cone wasn’t topped super high with ice cream! How amazing, management takes pride in their job. When I decide to give into cravings I will be back at this specific location. Wow just wow amazing service !

Today, I received an item that I was not satisfied with. Robert who I believe is the manager, had the item replaced and apologized for the inconvenience. More food chains should have employees that exercise good listening skills, resolves and executes the situation with excellent professionalism. I recommend this location with a 10 rate. Thank you for the excellent service. Jack was at the front cashier and was very informative about the items and polite. Good job!
