This McDonalds has been disappointing. Their drive through menu screens are destroyed and unable to read. Also their staff close the drive through late at night and allow no cars to pass through their supposed 24 hour drive through.

This location off of Monterey and Diana shore is very unorganized (via drive thru). And just not as nice as Yucca Valley/29Palms. Customer service wise. Don't think I will be back at this location.

True test of a restaurant is popping in on a Sunday night to see if they neglect the front of the house. This place was so gross on the inside. Trash every where, floors sticky and bathroom disgusting.
Food was good but when I didn’t get a small fry I ordered unwanted at the counter as 3 people wouldn’t it give me eye contact to get the missing fries.
But hey…at least two workers had a mask on so they didn’t spread germs. How ironic.
There was no trader sause or cheese on the fish sandwitch.

The burger was not fresh, bearly warm, and the top bun was soaked in butter to hide it. The fries were practically cold and had been sitting for a whole. Waste of 7$ and a coupon... in!n!out next time for the price now days..

Menu was broken, 20 minute wait and this is the second time I have experienced this at this location. Every time I ask for a frappe the machine is broken or the manager is cleaning it, its 7 am the manager is cleaning the frappe machine? This location is understaffed and under poor management.
