Food was excellent as always, service needs help. After waiting a very long time to place a drink order (25 minutes), the manager helped us. She was awesome.

We were really excited to eat here but our food took an hour to come out. Ordered a shrimp lo mein and it was not seasoned at all. The noodles looked like they were plated right after they were boiled. Super pale with no flavor or color. We also ordered the house salad which came undressed. The crab wontons we ordered tasted and looked like it was fried in old oil. It was disappointing to wait so long for an unseasoned dishes.

Food was good as usual. Service was slow for a night that restaurant was not busy. Drink refills didn't come :-(

The bar was very dirty. I don't recommend the crispy green beans. Soggy. But lettuce wraps, pork dumplings, Thai peanut salad were great.

This predictable restaurant with Chinese-American fare is a good standby. I’ve had lunch and dinner here. Plenty of parking and The River is good for a stroll before or after one eats.

Ordered through Uber Eats . Ordered Chang’s Spicy Chicken and Kung Pao Beef with extra beef. First of all the description on the menu left out that the chicken & beef in both dishes were fried with lots lots of oil and some awful batter the food was awful tasted so bad and the dishes should not have even mentioned the meats as there was no taste of it. I got for dinner and I can still taste the batter and oil. I am still feeling like I might get sick which would be the best . The pictures of the food on the menu looks good also the picture I took but the taste is nothing like the pictures. The rice was good is all I can say. Uber eats will not refund the money or replace with something that is not fried . The standard of P. F Changs has really gone down but the price has gone up. I would have taken the food back but I don’t drive . Very disappointed and what a ripoff. Spent a total of $69 .

Tried the Chef's Feast; hot & sour soup was hearty and flavorful; the pork dumplings were crispy in a delicious garlic sauce; the Spicy Crispy Chicken (loaded with garlic, green onions and their sweet and spicy sauce, so good!; and finally, the Honey Chicken, good, but could use a little something to bring out the full flavor.
The customer service was pretty good for a mid-week.
The ambiance was nice, casual.

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s and had the signature lo mein combo—it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were spot on and the dish was cooked to perfection. Cesar was incredibly kind and the customer service was great. Highly recommend this place!

Living in the rural America, we don’t get many options on choosing a place to eat. We drove about an hour to eat at this PF Chang’s. It has decent food in the past but the food quality has gone down the hill. Our last visit was a very disappointing one.
1. We came in and got food before the next table. Our server didn’t come back to check on us or to give us our bill. The table next to us was long gone before our server came back.
2. Our favorite dish with the bass was taken off the menu. We ordered a Mongolian beef (over $30) and it came as the photo posted below. The Pad Thai seemed like it was made from one of those for home cook packages from Walmart. We ordered 4 other dishes and they were all SUPER salty. The brown rice came undercooked so nothing was salvageable at this point.

Always enjoy an evening at PF Changs... Four of us went this past Saturday night. Busy, had a reservation, but got a table right away. Server was quite busy and appetizers ordered took more time than it should have. Dinners were quite good but again lack of attention to water situation, and checking on any needs was lacking. Appears they are short handed on experienced servers. One has to accept that eating out these day is more expensive and not necessarily better that the "old" days.
