The service was great and the people working there were extremely attentive. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. A five dollar panda express knock off restaurant would be better than this. It is very likely that the entire meal was cooked in a microwave. When you order lo mein noodles, you only get noodles. No other ingredient other than noodles, no meat or vegetables. just noodles.
I remember the food at PF Changs being better in previous visits (but that was a few years ago). It was ok, not great.
We actually left without eating. We came in, checked in with the person at the front desk and she asked us to take a seat. A second couple came in and she asked them to take a seat. A third couple came in and she seated them. So I went up and ask why were they seated ahead of us? She said well they made their reservation direct with the restaurant. So I said oh so open table doesn't matter it doesn't count. She kind of stuttered, and at that point, we decided to leave very upsetting. We will not be back.
The food service is great The ambience is good The food is very average, nothing that you couldn't cook at home in a microwave.
I have eaten at PF Chang for many many years and have always loved it. We recently went after joy visiting for a long time and were so disappointed. We ordered all our favorites and everything tasted bad. Lettuce wraps tasted burnt, honey shrimp tasted like it had no taste. Waitress said that many of the items had new recipes. Well that was a big mistake. When we told the waitress all she could say was yup, gave us the check and never came back. We won't be back any time soon. We will remember the old times but the food and service have now all gone down hill
We were very pleased with the food and service. Our server, Hector, was efficient, professional and friendly which are the qualities we've come to expect from P. F. Changs Rancho Mirage.
Like the revised menu more than I like the choice of music being offered. Or maybe I'm just not young or hip enough for management? Service by the experienced gentleman who assisted us could easily be the best and most welcoming we have ever had in the Valley.
Really nice waitress. Checked back a few times to see if we needed anything else. We went on a Tuesday night. For us much nicer than the weekend. We enjoyed it much more than our last visit on a Saturday night. The food always comes out pretty quickly. And it's pretty much always very consistent.
PF Chang's food quality and taste has generally gone downhill, and this location is no different. Not ever returning to any PF Chang's.
Food was excellent as always, service needs help. After waiting a very long time to place a drink order (25 minutes), the manager helped us. She was awesome.

We were really excited to eat here but our food took an hour to come out. Ordered a shrimp lo mein and it was not seasoned at all. The noodles looked like they were plated right after they were boiled. Super pale with no flavor or color. We also ordered the house salad which came undressed. The crab wontons we ordered tasted and looked like it was fried in old oil. It was disappointing to wait so long for an unseasoned dishes.

The bar was very dirty. I don't recommend the crispy green beans. Soggy. But lettuce wraps, pork dumplings, Thai peanut salad were great.
