Had a reservation for 6:30. We were there at 6:25. We didn't get seated until 6:50. After that the service was good and the food was great.

Took over an hour and a half to get main course. Made for an unpleasant dinning experience. Lettuce wraps were very good.

From the moment we arrived hostesses were terrific Servers great. Food outstanding. Loved our booth!!!

I like the consistent food quality across the many locations I have visited. Enjoyed chicken lettuce wraps and changs spicy chicken, although I liked the original recipe better.

Food, service and ambience was great! We have a great waiter who was very attentive to our needs.

This was such a great experience from start to finish. We were able to get last minute reservations and the team welcomed us from the moment we stepped in. It was my wife's birthday and they made us feel very special and even sang a song for her along with a free desert to wrap up the evening. The staff was wonderful and food did not disappoint. We will be back for sure!!

Food was well prepared but we were seated in an area that was cold. Too much air conditioning! When we requested a change in seating we were told it couldn't be done. Not good customer service. A smile from our server might have helped during service

You can't go wrong with P.F. Chang's! The food is always consistently good. At this visit, even a chef came out to chat with us. That was so nice.

P.F. Chang's never disappoints. We enjoyed the spring rolls as an appetizer, the famous absolutely delicious lettuce wraps and the yummy honey chicken. Restaurant is beautiful and cozy. Love this location. Easy to stroll around after words to help digest your dinner. If you do not indulge in dessert at the restaurant, there are other fun choices close by.

The server Gustavo did exceptionally well customer service. The time and efficiency was on point and didn’t have to wait to be attended. Gustavo knew when he was needed and checked in on us periodically ensuring we were taken cared of. Great food and atmosphere. Ambient vibe and Gustavo’s service makes us to always come back to our favorite place. Thank you PF changed for having Gustavo on your team. Great job!!!!!!👏🏼

Is it a nightclub or a restaurant? The music was playing much too loud. Servers need to be trained not to rush the customers. It's not a fast food place. Don't mention dessert or set the check down until the table is cleared entirely . Don't leave any stray plates etc. Small details make a difference in the guest experience.

The food was cold, smaller portions than 4 months previously (fewer and. Smaller shrimp and fewer lettuce leaves for the lettuce wraps).
