Food was well prepared but we were seated in an area that was cold. Too much air conditioning! When we requested a change in seating we were told it couldn't be done. Not good customer service. A smile from our server might have helped during service

You can't go wrong with P.F. Chang's! The food is always consistently good. At this visit, even a chef came out to chat with us. That was so nice.

P.F. Chang's never disappoints. We enjoyed the spring rolls as an appetizer, the famous absolutely delicious lettuce wraps and the yummy honey chicken. Restaurant is beautiful and cozy. Love this location. Easy to stroll around after words to help digest your dinner. If you do not indulge in dessert at the restaurant, there are other fun choices close by.

The server Gustavo did exceptionally well customer service. The time and efficiency was on point and didn’t have to wait to be attended. Gustavo knew when he was needed and checked in on us periodically ensuring we were taken cared of. Great food and atmosphere. Ambient vibe and Gustavo’s service makes us to always come back to our favorite place. Thank you PF changed for having Gustavo on your team. Great job!!!!!!👏🏼

Is it a nightclub or a restaurant? The music was playing much too loud. Servers need to be trained not to rush the customers. It's not a fast food place. Don't mention dessert or set the check down until the table is cleared entirely . Don't leave any stray plates etc. Small details make a difference in the guest experience.

The food was cold, smaller portions than 4 months previously (fewer and. Smaller shrimp and fewer lettuce leaves for the lettuce wraps).

I frequently order takeout from the Rancho Mirage restaurant. I know what I should be getting! Tonight I ordered the Sesame Chicken Special w/ brown rice and soup. The to-go container has two sections one for the rice the other for the main dish.
This time they dumped the rice on top of the main dish. Rice section empty. What Chinese restaurant does that? Then the guy bringing it out try’s to tell me that’s how they always do it - wrong on so many levels.
Know the food tasted good. I did not like my rice dumped on top!!
Ruined my enjoyment of the meal. (Not supposed to be an upside rice bowl!)
After writing the above comments I went back to eating my meal. I now realize that the rice being dumped over the entree was to cover the fact that between the last time ordering the special and now, that there’s only about half as much entree as received previous - 2-3 weeks ago!

Always good food and service! We ordered appetizers, drinks, chicken, broccoli/beef and shrimp dishes. Glad we had reservations as it was a busy Saturday night!

The entree was pretty good, but the rice could have been warmer

Used to be decent but the food has gone to crap. They changed the recipes for everything we eat and it tastes totally different, not in a good way at all. Honey chicken now has chili oil, sweet and sour chicken has ginger in it, and they both were terrible. Mongolian beef is a victim of shrink flation.

Our server was great, she kept our drinks full and was always happy. Not a reflection on the service at all, just the food.

This is the 2nd time we've tried PF Changs in the last 2 weeks and both times the food sucked. We have officially taken it off of the family dinner rotation list.

I hosted a small group of friends for a retirement party on Sunday, June 13. Hostess Jenny was very kind to give us a table with ample room (for gifts, etc) and our server James was great, offering exceptional service without making us feel rushed at all. Chef Naomi even made a personal visit to our table to ask how our food tasted. The staff at this location is exceptional.
