I heard about Pangaea from a friend so I decided to try the Pangaea Cubano Sandwich and I was not disappointed! The sandwich itself was packed with flavor so I had to come back and try something else out. I'm back a second time and this time I got the Rib Eye and Man the sauce it comes with is unbelievable! I thought the sandwich was delicious but this ribeye my God! Shoutout to the Chef in the back of the house for all this delicious food. I will definitely be coming back...
This is a new restaurant to the Coachilla Valley. We read neighbor's reviews of a very good Peruvian restaurant. We could not pass it up. On a Saturday night, the restaurant was staffed with one waiter with assistance from the receptionist. The restaurant was fairly busy leading to some delay in taking orders and getting food out, but was not excessive. We started with a fish and shrimp ceviche. This was enough for two to share. We have been to the the restaurant a couple of times before, but tonight we were celebrating a friend's birthday. The restaurant and the wait staff are friendly, engaging, and provide a nice experience, through their Food, their personal interactions with the customers, and their warm hospitality. We love Maria Jose!
