Out of all of our local Starbucks this one that has the worst customer service, actually the only one with awful customer service. 2:00 p.m. everyday with my usual and whether it's lady original they all greet you the same. What can I get you started with 🤦🏽♀️. Probably because I'm spoiled by all the other ones. Today this guy hands me my drink takes my money and gives me a thumbs up. Never said two words to me stupid kid 🤦🏽♀️🙄🤣

I went here last Friday night Dec. 19th, I was the only car in the drive thru and waited for 10+ minutes for a Strawberry Acai lemonade with no ice and light lemonade. Not only did they take forever, they made the drink with ice when I asked for no ice and the regular amount of lemonade. (Which they charged me more for btw) Waited some more, and After I corrected them they remade it, but it was mostly just water and lemonade.. I just gave up and went to another starbucks at that point.. Horrible service, horrible drinks.

There isn't much to say about Starbucks, you get what you expect! The coffee is excellent but the breakfast bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was squashed. But this is something I expect, it's not fine dining!

I always order the matcha with cold foam and this time it has like little stuff at top as if it wasn't blended correctly, I nicely asked the girl and she said that's the way starbucks wants it but I always drink starbucks like every day?? so I went back and asked if they could fix it they didn't say really anything and when she was done she js threw the cup in the counter without saying anything it's still the same tastes disgusting and I love starbucks matcha but it's js a no this time. and if it's a starbucks issue they should not sale matcha or warn the customer before hand. I'm acually so sad and disappointed. so yea starbucks fix ur matcha and customer service.
