We had an incredibly long day of travel. We checked in, dropped our bags and went to this restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful with indoor and outdoor seating and stunning views, but our amazing experience was all due to our incomparable server Jasmin. She was so warm, attentive, professional, knowledgable and the list goes on and on. She single handedly made this experience top notch. Highly recommend her service.
This beautiful hidden gem was nestled in the Ritz Carlton in Rancho Mirage. JR. was our server and Ozzy was the Manager. The staff made every moment since us walking in for our 8:30 reservation so memorable. We were celebrating our 17th year Anniversary and we were greeted by multiple staff, checked on, asked if we were comfortable, they took pictures for us, and they anticipated any need we could have ever wanted. We felt so special, and they gave us a Happy Anniversary dessert...
Exceptional! We sat at the bar for lunch both days! DJ was fantastic! He took his time to explain what types of tequilas they have. Also helped with deciding on what to get for lunch both days. DJ was so friendly and polite! We really enjoyed sitting at his bar!
