We have visited their location at Rancho Mirage 2-3 times but then they closed down.
However, they reopened at Palm Desert recently, on Feb 3, 2025.
They serve vegan options and wr have to tell the wait staff for no fish sauce, no oyster sauce, make it vegan. They understand. If ordering with tofu they will ask if tofu to be fried or fresh.
We ordered Pad Prig Khing and Green Curry. They portions are large. For 2 people we barely able to finish. But we ordered 2 brown rice...
Drove off the I-10 for a family lunch - Talay was worth it. The mango curry was excellent. Everything else was good. Service was immediate and unobtrusive. Parking was easy and free. Paid $35/person with fancy drinks.
What a great find! We just found this restaurant and the food was soooo good! I’d call it some of the best Thai in the Coachella valley!

We had the Chicken Larb, Tom Kha soup, and the Thai egg omelette…it was all soo good! I loved it!
