I should have read the reviews before I went. We chose this place since it was close to a concert venue we were attending after dinner. The view was wonderful as was the service we received the entire time. Unfortunately, while the food was presented beautifully and it tasted great (mostly), the prices were outrageous! For a tiny 6 ounce filet I paid $95. It was okay. Not bad, but not amazing. And for $95 it should have been amazing! My hubby ordered a ribeye and it was sad and tough and cost $165. Not to mention the basic drinks that were $28 each. Soooo needless to say, we will never go back. Especially when I know of many far more delicious places in the same (and surrounding) areas that are waaay more affordable. The only thing that made this place get three stars instead of one, was the friendly, inviting and wonderful staff.

We've dined at The Edge once every year for eight years. It's a little family tradition that we love, while staying at the hotel for two nights. Unfortunately though, the prices have gotten just so insane, we can't justify it anymore. :(

The clam chowder hardly had any clams. It just tasted like a bowl of cream. The steak we asked for medium rare, but there was a piece of it. That was very rare for the ribeye. Overall, the prices are ridiculously high for what you get, but the service is really great. We were served by Roberto and he made it well worth it .

What a memorable night. Spectacular restaurant. Waitress could not have been more professional and friendly. Everyone in the place was dressed for a night out, except the slob next to me with a T-SHIRT, shorts and tennis shoes. So much for a dress code. A special occasion place for sure.

Maybe an off night, but after numerous good experiences, things were not as they normally are. My steak was medium rare at best, after ordering medium well to well. Nearly blood red. As we were a group, I did not want to complain. Now wish I had, too expensive to ignore. The others mentioned the quality of meat was not up to the normal standards. I hope this is not a new chef or crew, we'd like to return but up to the previous standards.

First time experience for us and it was exceptional! The food was great and the service was top notch, one of the best services I've ever had. It is a great scenery overlooking a bluff of the palm springs valley are. Ambiance is great for a memorable experience.

Excellent meal with impeccable service, and an amazing view. We ordered Corn & Clam Chowder, Sea Scallops and, Baby Steakhouse Mushrooms. In addition, their complimentary smoked Manhattans, the Amuse Bouche and Chocolate & Candied Fruit Squares served after dessert made it extra special. What a night!

Our experience at the Edge was nothing less than phenomenal. Our waiter, Roberto, was attentive, caring, professional and jovial. He went above what I have experienced at top of the line restaurants in the past. The common area was clean and beautiful. More importantly, the food was prepared and presented beautifully. Our experience was so good we asked to see the Executive Chef Nyitre Rodgers, who personally greeted us at our table, which surprised us. She is a lovely, friendly and charming person who is very talented. I recommend this restaurant for your exquisite dining needs. We toured the grounds after dinner which were very lovely. We were initially greeted by Michael in valet who was a pleasure. Thank you for such a great experience.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at The Edge for two consecutive evenings. Both evenings, we had the pleasure of being served by Rafael. Rafael achieved that rare and difficult balance of being incredibly attentive and professional, while also being genuinely engaging in conversation. He never made us feel rushed, always anticipated our needs before we even realized them. Thank you Rafael (a thank you to Rafael's assistant Jacob as well!). The 6oz Wagyu A5 filet mignon keeps us coming back. Both nights I ordered it medium-rare, the preparation was flawless each time. The consistency in execution speaks volumes about the kitchen's skill and attention to detail. What impressed us most was the consistency between both visits. The same level of excellence, the same attention to detail, the same warm atmosphere. We'll be back and highly recommend.

Our birthday celebration at the Edge was fantastic! From the great hospitality and warmth- to the smoked whiskey and opening appetizers- the evening was set toward a great trajectory. The scallops and steak were amazing- and provided great leftovers for a steak salad the next evening. We had one issue that the restaurant couldn't fix, and that is that our time flew by! Thank you Team Edge! We look forward to another visit sooner than later!

This was our third time at The Edge Steakhouse and as usual everything was outstanding. Our server Scott was impeccable. The food was amazing. Our Ribeye was the best steak we have ever had. A completely beautiful evening before we head home. We will be back when we return to the desert

Food, staff, and experience was outstanding. Not sure if their 6oz filet is at the level of a $95 price tag. But it was still really good.
