The Edge Steakhouse

Very nice and accommodating staff. The food quality was not worth the high prices. The lobster tail was dried out, the prawns were just ok and the steak was one I could have made myself. The kale Ceasar was just ok and very small it was wilted and.not fresh. Disappointing food overall. Both of us felt sick later that evening.

Outstanding, friendly customer service from everyone, beginning to end. We were fortunate to have several conversations with Chef Bruno Lopez and have Chad as our waiter. Chad was very attentive, very service oriented and very professional. This along with outstanding food made our experience one of our best. My wife and I dined on Saturday November 22, 2025.

As a Bonvoy Platinum member I always enjoy eating at the Ritz. This was on the pricier side but everything exceeded my expectations. I will be back.

If you are looking for a romantic dinner The Edge Steakhouse is the perfect place. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious. Keep in mind that this is a high end restaurant, the food quality is elevated, and service was very good. We will definitely return.

Absolutely loved everything about our experience. Proposed to my fiancé and they were extremely accommodating with my request. Raphael was awesome as was everyone else. Thank you for making our experience so memorable. Definitely will be back !!

Excellent food, service and ambience. Great view of the valley. Prices so high though it takes away from the value.

Exceptional all around. The A5 Mizyaki was the best steak of my life. Everything was perfectly done. Our servers on the patio could not have been more attentive and complementary to the experience.

Have a cocktail and enjoy the view but dine elsewhere 😜the anniversary desert was the worst I've ever tasted. The bread they bring is covered in honey which doesn't pair well with anything. The root vegetables had no flavor and were undercooked. I'll stop there🙀

Everything about our evening at The Edge was perfect. From fantastic cocktails, to the Crab Cake, filets, Rosemary Potato Puree to the carrots and the desert. It was a lovely evening on the patio. Our server Scott was over the top. Fun, conversational, attentive yet not obtrusive. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are going back for Thanksgiving.

Celebrated my birthday at The Edge. It was a great experience. The food, service & ambiance was top notch. The drinks were on point and they were so kind to make a specialty drink that was not on the menu. I highly recommend this place for a nice romantic dinner experience.

One of the best experiences I have had , they catered to us as if we were regulars there and it was our first time there . They helped us celebrate our anniversary and made us feel special.
