The Steakhouse Rancho Mirage

We both ordered the Prime Rib king cut and queen cut They were both almost the same size, The King cut was tough and a lot of fat. Mine was ok. For the price it wasn't an enjoyable meal. phew good thing it was comped.

Excellent value for the quality of food & service. Excellent cocktail, wine, & food selection. We'll definitely be back again!

The restaurant was wonderful! The experience is negatively impacted by the casino's recent (past year) allowing smoking!

Food was delicious. Waiter got my order wrong. And we were sitting at the outside edge of the restaurant so it was noisy with the casino

The steakhouse has the ambience of fine dining indoors or at their patio. Make your reservations early. The place is always packed. All their servings of beefs , whether it be prime rib, tri-tip, tomahawk, is always the best. I had pork chops once and they were dry. The steak and lobster combination, which was ordered by my brother and his wife. The lobster was so small. As well as the cut of tri-tip. Their lobster bisque I've had before I did not care for it was not thick or rich and taste. For my birthday, I was provided a chocolate mousse, which wasn't premium smooth and taste.

The Steak House was OUTSTANDING. Clarisa gave us excellent services and everything including the food and drinks was Great. Will be back to see Clarisa again, she made us feel so welcome.

The server was good. Although not quite as attentive as what I'm used to for this bar. The steak was just ok. I had a petite filet. It was cooked medium rare the way I requested, however it was not juicy or flavorful. It was blah. I've eaten here many many times over the years, and for $135 for a petite filet, one side and one glass of wine it just wasn't impressive. It seems like the food quality went down. 😔

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday. We ordered the Caesar salad to split and the Tomahawk steak which was delicious. We ordered a baked potato to split ($14) and a side of mushrooms to split (1 !15). Certainly not cheap considering the Tomahawk was $120 The prices were extremely high but the food was good and the service was good also. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke from the Casino which I didn't appreciate but all in all it was good if you can afford it.

Kitchen lost order, did not get for for an hour and then the steak temperature was not right, very bad service, waiter did not come around at all. I do not recommend

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food was great and the service was exception. We will definitely return.

The ladies at the front were able to accommodate our request to sit on the “patio”. We enjoyed people-watching while we were there. Service was definitely top-notch. Thank you, John and Angel. We both had an appetizer (French onion soup and the Tuna sashimi), and then the Queen's cut prime rib and the New York steak. Both were cooked as ordered and the flavor was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant.
