No matter what you order here you will get more did than you can eat. Everything is super-sized and tasty.
One morning I got their seasonal pumpkin pancakes and could barely finish half the order. The next morning I had the huevos ranchers which were also excellent. Service is very friendly.

How do I experience bad service on a takeout order? Make it make sense. Train your staff to be helpful and attentive to guest & have your staff where they are supposed to be. Me & my daughter had to go down & order because guest services couldn’t get ahold of them & when I went down maybe half an hour later no one was at the host or to-go stand. I waited and just decide to order at the bar. Why did the male bartender see me and my daughter & say nothing, didn’t even help or acknowledge us even after he was done checking a customer out, instead started small talk with the customers eating at the bar like??? Super rude, you see a customer waiting and in need of help & do nothing. Then a man in a suit passively ask the lady bartender that helped us what’s going on? because there’s clearly a child at the bar. Maybe if you answered the phone & had your staff where they were supposed to, it could’ve been prevented right? Every time I come to this casino to eat it’s always a horrible customer service.

The Braisen Short Ribs were to die for, and Joseph our waiter was so great (he felt like family).

Excellent all around. Great ribeye and the kimchi served with the short ribs is the real deal. I’ll be back when traveling through again.

Waters Cafe in the Agua Caliente Casino on Bob Hope has consistently good food and service. I have eaten here more than a dozen times over the past few years. Very attentive wait staff and fair prices. Audrey was exceptional!

One of the best casino cafes I’ve ever gone to in a long while. The restaurant was clean and spacious. Although the casino allows smoking, it wasn’t apparent in the cafe. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. No overworked jaded casino employee vibe felt. The food was surprisingly very good. To the point that I wanted to go back several times. The wings, the fish and chips, the chicken fingers, the sliders, the Father’s Day special meal, the jambalaya, the grilled cheese with tomato bisque. All so good. We were able to get seated very quickly each time we went, but the place does get packed and there can be a long wait, especially if the casino has a show scheduled.

So disappointing. They now have smoking permitted back in the casino. Smelled it as soon as we walked in. We like the Chinese selection on the menu and always have that. We usually get it to go. The food this time was very different and hardly deserves any rating at all. I won't be going back and yet it was one of our favorite eating spots as well as the steakhouse. Now with the smell of smoke, the steakhouse is out since it sits close to casino floor.

The service from the start was great. The staff from the waitresses to the managers were very friendly and attentive. I had a large party and they made sure everything was done correctly and went smoothly. The food was delicious and no one had an issue. Everyone's dish was perfect. This is the second time I've been here and it's great every time. I will always make time to come here when visiting the casino.

We recently visit the Agua Caliente Casino after having to leave a Trump rally that had too many folks and was full. I was a little worried about eating anywhere since my husband was wearing a Trump hat and I was wearing a We the People shirt, for some reason, people get bad service or kick out if your too patriotic. HOWEVER, unlike the steak house up aways, that give us dirty looks, the Waters Cafe treated us with the upmost respect. Other rally folks were there, that was nice, but the staff was amazing, smiles, even got a thumbs up from one staffer. They were friendly and showed kindness, from Jeffrey the hostess, to our server Nancy, to the busboy, I asked his name, but I cant remember, he was a young handsome black man with an awesome smile. The manager went to each table to ask how everyone was doing. Now the food, it was the best orange chicken I have ever had. My husband had a ribeye that was equally delicious. I tasted it. Our starter was bacon wrapped peppers, along with great drinks, very tasty, we ended it with Oreo cheesecake, this place was extraordinary all around, check this place out, you wont regret it.

Juan is a very kind & attentive server - we were all super impressed by the outstanding service we received from him. To anyone reading this- make sure you request Juan when you eat at Waters Cafe. You won't be disappointed. Food was also so delicious. We got the fried rice, lo mein noodles, and Mongolian beef. Huge portions and very tasty ? ?

The BBQ chicken salad ? is one of the best salads I have ever had! So delicious. So fresh. Tomas is also a gem! What a wonderful man they've hired as a manager. This place has improved since the last time I was here.

Remember when you'd go out to eat and people smoked? If you miss that, go here. Nothing like stale casino smoke while you're eating.
