Great place for happy hour. We prefer the bar area as the cafe has a chep atmosphere. Lile at a chain restaurant. No privacy. Staff are excellent atbar area And you can orfer anything from the full swrvice restaurant. Seating is limited as it is popular

Manager on duty (Jeffery) is rude and unprofessional. Water cafe messed up my order and the manager had no sense of caring. He was beyond rude about it and kept asking for a receipt. When I told him I never got a receipt. I paid with my credit card but no receipt was given to me. He kept asking for it and stating no refund or replacement without a receipt.
So explain how is it my fault my order is wrong and no receipt was provided to me! This guy should learn how to talk to people right if he is a manger.

I’m a customer been there and eating at the waters for about 1 year now always order Chinese chicken salad, buy today was the worse chicken I have ever had , iwas missing 1/2 of the ingredients, spoke to you manager in charge and told him him was so rude and arrogant, no personality at all he did even give me his nane is Jeffry , never will go back again.

No matter what you order here you will get more did than you can eat. Everything is super-sized and tasty. One morning I got their seasonal pumpkin pancakes and could barely finish half the order. The next morning I had the huevos ranchers which were also excellent. Service is very friendly.

How do I experience bad service on a takeout order? Make it make sense. Train your staff to be helpful and attentive to guest & have your staff where they are supposed to be. Me & my daughter had to go down & order because guest services couldn’t get ahold of them & when I went down maybe half an hour later no one was at the host or to-go stand. I waited and just decide to order at the bar. Why did the male bartender see me and my daughter & say nothing, didn’t even help or acknowledge us even after he was done checking a customer out, instead started small talk with the customers eating at the bar like??? Super rude, you see a customer waiting and in need of help & do nothing. Then a man in a suit passively ask the lady bartender that helped us what’s going on? because there’s clearly a child at the bar. Maybe if you answered the phone & had your staff where they were supposed to, it could’ve been prevented right? Every time I come to this casino to eat it’s always a horrible customer service.
The Braisen Short Ribs were to die for, and Joseph our waiter was so great (he felt like family).

Waters Cafe in the Agua Caliente Casino on Bob Hope has consistently good food and service. I have eaten here more than a dozen times over the past few years. Very attentive wait staff and fair prices. Audrey was exceptional!

One of the best casino cafes I’ve ever gone to in a long while. The restaurant was clean and spacious. Although the casino allows smoking, it wasn’t apparent in the cafe. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. No overworked jaded casino employee vibe felt. The food was surprisingly very good. To the point that I wanted to go back several times. The wings, the fish and chips, the chicken fingers, the sliders, the Father’s Day special meal, the jambalaya, the grilled cheese with tomato bisque. All so good. We were able to get seated very quickly each time we went, but the place does get packed and there can be a long wait, especially if the casino has a show scheduled.
