LOVE the Crab special they have Thursdays. I even bought a pair of seafood OXO scissors from Amazon to help me get that crab meat out! I've been there twice! Weds. they have a Prime rib special, and it was very tasty too!

OMG HAPPY ST PATRICK's DAY THE BEST Corned Beef and Cabbage I have ever had. Tender and delicious. Definitely coming back next year!

Onions all over on my table, never cleaned it. Got our order wrong. No forks or knives. No pen to sign check. Pretty much everything was wrong.

Every trip to the Agua Caliente Resort in Rancho Mirage is a great trip. The Waters Cafe has many delicious meals for every taste. The service is always prompt and friendly. The laid back upscale cafe atmosphere is very comfortable as you enjoy your meal. They also have a full bar attached, if you want to enjoy your meal there. The resort has all the upscale amenities you'd expect from a luxury resort and they do not disappoint.

Overall this is a convenient place to pop in between activities while staying at this resort. I did however, have a unsatisfactory experience in the beginning of our meal.. I ordered over medium eggs they came back with runny whites all the way to the edges. I sent them back in hopes that they would redo them. The waitress asked if I wanted to hold my meal and just send the eggs back. I explained to her that I wanted to enjoy the entire meal together, so she took it all back. When she brought back my meal, the eggs were completely cooked, including the yolks. Needless to say, there was a young lady by the name of Tiffany, who resolved the situation by simply doing her job well. She did in fact, take that meal off, she did not have to, because I did enjoy the ham steak and the sourdough bread. In any case my point is that I wish I had the eggs I ordered, but in the end, Tiffany made a not so desirable breakfast into a just fine experience. I almost forgot to mention that my husband ordered the club sandwich with white bread which was brought with wheat bread. He didn't say anything to the waitress because she had already seemed bothered by something.

Came on a friday at 6pm. No wait for a group of 7 people. There was a couple (2 people party) ahead of me who asked the host how long the wait is; host said 45 minute wait. Place looks fairly small; probably 30 tables total. It looks like only 2 servers (waitresses). Upon being seated, it took 10 minutes to order drinks and appetizers; drinks took 5 minutes to arrive; appetizers took 10 minutes to arrive. We ordered wings, which were not very good (dry, little meat on small wings); i rather have wingstop. For our entrees, my group ordered bone-in ribeye steak, pasta, prime beef sliders, steak sandwich. All entrees were good, and we would all come back here again. For dessert, we got Signature Choco-Lava Sundae (which comes in a huge wine-shaped glass - could feed 4 people probably) and 'chocolate brownie a la mode.' Waitress was amazing; i could see her running around. I forgot tip was already included for large parties, so i accidentally tipped another 20%; i didn't think cost was high ($280 for 7 people - i tipped another $40 for $320 total).

This place is open for breakfast, lunch, & dinner & offers very delicious choices, sure to please everyone! The service here is very good, & the ambiance is busy but very good. I had the Chiliquilles and they were so delicious! My ONLY issue was I couldn't eat it all! That's how big the portion sizes are here. You definitely get your money's worth! Had I been staying another night, I would have taken the rest boxed up & to my room!

The after show eats at Waters Cafe. Took a quick seat at the bar and just wanted a beer asap. It took a bit since it was a mass amount of people arriving from the concert. Server was courteous and staff that brought our food. Beer was ice cold. Perfect! Turkey open face was not warm enough. Cranberry was more tart than sweet. Giant portion good for 2 to share or pack 1/2 for the next day. Good. Burger was tasty and prepared as ordered. Pretty Good. We frequent the casino so most likely will be. Ask to try other menu items.

We were going to go to another restaurant at AGUA CALIENTE but we had our name down at Waters Café because we had been there before. Just as we were about to order from the other place I received a text from Waters Cafe and we were able to sit down right away. The service and the food were amazing and the manager came over to our table a few times to see how we were doing.

I enjoy coming here with my family and I appreciate that they have a lot of space for walking and seating. Each time I come, I like to try a new menu item because I’m surprised of the food quality. It’s so much better than Morongo’s and worth it even though it’s pricey. My favorite is the Mongolian beef.I gave service 1 star because each time I come, the hostesses look displeased with each customer. My mom asked a simple question about if they got her number correctly, and they put us the last on the list. Today, I saw them getting cussed out by drunk people at the bar for bad service and I’m glad someone had to do it for us

Had breakfast here. Eggs cooked as ordered. Bacon nice and crispy as requested. Hash browns were just ok. Pancakes were fluffy and good. Just a standard bacon and eggs breakfast

I dined at the Waters Cafe bar on January the 26th. I ordered an excellent fish plate so the food hit all the right marks, but the service was mediocre. All workers tending to the bar area were dulled out like they did not want to be there and they were working at a morgue - an expressionless staff except for one refreshing individual - that is fine for a roadside bar but the problem here is that they work at a fine restaurant/casino bar and they should all be of refreshing personality as they are in the food & beverage service industry. But most of the faces of the day projected that "I'd rather not be here but it's paying my rent". So I do give kudos to the one individual who seemed to embrace that a place like the Waters Cafe must not only nail it on quality of food but passion through their staff who show their customers that they merely did not clock in to make a few bucks. I even saw one worker irritated at a bar customer who ordered food to go at the hostess stand, and although the worker uttered that they would let it slide and put the order through, the worker's face projected the vibe that the worker was being "put out".Parking: Convenient covered parking.

Great dinner specials. My wife and I go frequently for the prime rib dinner on Wednesdays starting at 4pm. The restaurant is in the Agua Caliente casino. What a great deal and cooked to perfection. Queen cut prime rib, loaded bake potato, salad or chocolate cake a la mode $24. We are going to try the surf and turf special on Tuesday.

It was our first time visiting and I have to say, it exceeded all of our expectations. I have to give a special shout out to our server, Nancy. She truly made our occasion memorable with her world-class service. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. We were a group of five and she handled everything flawlessly. Not only was Nancy incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and specials, but she also had a great sense of humor. She made us laugh and her recommendations were spot on and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. But what stood out to me the most was Nancy's sweet and genuine personality. It's not often that you come across a server who truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience. She definitely went the extra mile for us and we truly appreciate it.
