First impression was a memorable one. A very fun experience! We sat at the bar and the bartender (I believe his name is John) was so hospitable; offering samples of different draft selections. Even brought me an early birthday dessert. The bar and establishment were spotless. YAY! My experience eating at chain restaurants (not a fan) is that some of them can be gross. The food at Yard House yielded no complaints. My husband had the onion ring tower and I had spicy edinami!☺️ There were many TVs and the staff accommodated my preference of what I wanted to watch on a particular TV. Thank you Yard House! We'll be back!

Elijah the manager was horrible. Service took 1 hour, thirty minutes. We asked politely when we will have our table and she came with full attitude. She started yelling us for no reason, and totally made a scene. she was also yelling in front of my baby cousin who is two years old. He was sleeping peacefully on my uncles chest. He woke up and started crying. Then kicked us out. Horrible experience. DONT come here

Server was attentive and kind. I had the fish tacos and Parm truffle fries. I love coming here and trying things on menu. You can customize your taco choices. I got two fish and hubby got two fish and one carne asada. Really enjoyed the meal.

Food was great as always but our server Laurie (may not be spelled this way) was not attentive to us despite it being slow. We used the tabletop kiosk to call for service several times but she didn’t respond for a few minutes after each time. We are willing to give the restaurant another chance because of prior experiences but will likely leave if given the same server.

Went to lunch with a couple friends and ordered myself the Nashville chicken sandwich. Instead of fries, I got a small salad all of which were very tasty. Even though we sat there for three hours talking, they never came over and made us feel uncomfortable or that we needed to leave.
Good food and even better service. A special thank you to Dane who took great care of our table. It was my wife's birthday and they provided a dessert. Highly recommend the Yard House.

The Poke Nachos are my wife's go to. I had the Thai Pork Chop which was exceptional. Whenever we stay in the Omni we always visit YH and we've always had exceptional service.
