This place is actually close to me and I was really excited about it initially. We got a jalapeño cheese and a bagel dog. Unfortunately as we were consuming the bagel dog my partner discovered a green circular mold inside of the hotdog itself. It was warmed we bought and consumed it on the same day (within the hour of purchase). After finding this I tried calling the bagel shop just to notify them but no one answered. Today I tried calling again and was able to get in touch with someone. I didn't ask for a refund and explained what happened. I simply wanted to alarm them of what happened and they told me the bagel dog is contracted out from a vendor. That they would not even notify the vendor unless I brought to them the molded bagel dog. I explained I have a picture in which they told me was not enough. So now I am posting it here to help spread awareness about it since they refused to do anything about it.
I wouldn't recommend. I just looked at their yelp photos and this is not the first time they have sold molded food.

This review is so long overdue I have been coming here for the past 3 years and every time I come in it's nothing but exceptional. The owners & staff are always so nice and welcoming. They always acknowledge you upon entry. I have gotten bagels with cream cheese just the basics but I also try there specialty bagels as well. My go to is their Sun Dried Supreme on an Everything Bagel and I add Ham & Avocado. I also replace there egg whites with their plant based egg substitute "just egg" brand egg. I have a mild allergy to eggs so I'm so grateful they have alternatives. You just have to ask. The ambiance is great if you wanna come for a lil coffee date or even to study for a bit this place is great. I like how there always so tidy even there restroom is always clean. They also make smoothies and specialty coffee. When ever I have ordered a smoothie I get it with almond milk.
Vegetarian options: They cary plant based eggs and alternative cream cheese.

This place is good. I've been here several times but not recently. The staff are always nice and they get the orders made relatively quickly. I had the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. If you're nearby and wanting breakfast, this is the best option.
Parking: The shopping center itself is pretty large but there's always plenty of parking. Sometimes during really busy moments you may have to park further from the door of the place, but it's not too far.

Their service is veryyyyyyyy slow! They need a new system to deal with the rush that they have. Even when I was the only one in the shop they couldn’t keep up with the demand of their online orders and neglected their one customer. Bagels are fine, but the service is abysmal.
