I barely go to this place since is so gross and not clean and was closed from health department! I was thinking they would learn and improve nope that’s to much to ask for ! I recently went to see if improve nope place is dirty, yogurt all over , nobody even at the front to greet or ask a question, but when at checkout they asking for a tip ?! No fresh fruit for toppings. All topping are dirty and gross!

This place is DIRTY!!!!! the counters, the ice cream machines, tables and even the walls are disgusting.. The young kids behind the counter did not even try to clean up after the rush was gone, they disappeared 😒 the young girl seemed upset because i did not tip.. and aftr reading the reviews i hipe i dont get sick..Avoid this place

Avoid this place. My whole family got sick immediately after eating the frozen yogurt here. We’ve been going to this place for the past 3 years and every year it gets a little more unsanitary. We went this week and all the machines were dirty, half were empty and/or leaking, one looked like something curdled was leaking out of it and all the toppings had clearly been left out for a while since they had congealed together. The toppings were so stuck together it was off-putting. Everything was dirty, the tables chipped and sticky, half the lights were off/out, and the whole place could clearly use a deep clean. Every inch of the place is visibly dirty - imagine how well they clean their machines if they don’t brother with the parts you can see…

Be careful out there! The cashier is tipping himself before flipping the tablet to you. I thought they finally got rid of tipping (you know, since we do all the work besides pushing buttons on the register) but nope, they just selected 20% without us realizing it. The tablet only showed "Please swipe/ tap here" without the total amount. We didn't realize until we got home when we reviewed the receipts.

Why do you say you close at 9pm, when the kids working close the store 40 minutes early? Wasted my time, won’t be coming back.

Place is nasty dirty. Sticky and spilled everything every time I come in. Service is always a bunch of teens so my expectations are low and they meet that expectation.

Leaving this review in hopes that management turns this place around. Sadly the place is always a mess, run by teens who are only present when someone is waiting by the cash register. The machines are also always broken. Currently the plain tart and mango machine is out of order. The machines that do work have spillage on them, and the topping bar is not well kept. We love having yogurt close. I frequently come here with my daughter and wish the quality was more reliable.
