Hoping this message is a flag for the owner… The kid with the shaggy red hair was running the store. There were no cups. 3/4 of the toppings were out. The water tank had no water. The trash bin was overflowing. The counter was a mess. Candy was on the ground. Tables were smeared with froyo. I asked him if he could get some water and he stared me down. I asked him to clean the table and he didn’t respond. GenZ attitude can’t even keep the place clean.

Cleanliness and hygiene have become a significant issue at this store. Previously not the cleanest, it has recently worsened with sticky floors, dirty countertops, and a limited number of operational machines, some of which release only a watery substance. The place is predominantly run by indifferent teenagers, which might be one of the reasons why handling food items properly is not the main priority here.

My kids love this place but every time we come, their plain tart is down. I don't know why the owner doesn't take the time to fix this. I bring this up to them every time. I'll be visiting other locations from now on.

Yogurtland is consistently just a good occasional treat that's really hard to mess up because you're in control of everything and pay only for what you get... pick a cup, pull lever, get ice dookie, add diabetes on top, weigh, pay, enjoy! What more do you want?! Best part is the free spoon that you feel obligated to keep and find yourself only using to eat some other brands cold treats sitting on the sofa watching Netflix... The store was empty, just the way I like it. No one should get between me and my blood sugar! Service was teenaged, with a side of indifferent, and whatever dude... no complaints. If you're 40 working at yogurtland and don't own it, sorry... tweenaged, socially awkward lack of eye contact is all I really expect from my froyo experience... Bro! Like Arnold said... I'll be back!

Went there on Wednesday around 1:20. There was a couple standing inside the store. They said they had walked in and no one was working. After another 10 minutes waiting with other customers, a guy walked up and said apparently the previous worker had forgotten to lock up and they wouldn't be open till around 2pm. Money was left on the counter. Sooo stupid. Whoever owns this store apparently doesn't have a clue!

No workers out front, a line had formed and finally a worker came out. Music loud and could barely hear each other. Not sure if this was just a bad location or a representation of Yogurtland. The yogurt from the machine was tasty and my toppings were good, however, the toppings bar was pretty messy and some of the toppings. It's built into the other toppings something you probably want to make sure if you have allergies that you're watching out for.

Stop asking for tips. Employees are just weighing and ringing me up. Employers are responsible for paying employees for upkeep of toppings and machines.

I took my four grandkids to Yogurtland for a treat and it was closed. All disappointed. I have taken them to the same location and had a great time enjoying the creation each child made for themselves

We came here a couple of weeks ago and I'm afraid this was our last trip to this location after giving it so many chances. So many issues, where do I begin. It always looks so dirty. The floor was sticky, toppings a complete mess. Then we see a girl cutting up more brownies on a cutting board, but with no gloves on. Then she eats some of the crumbs when she's done.

I'm only rating this so low because of the employees at 7:30pm on 6/10. Horrible customer service. They were throwing things at each other as well. Didn't even speak to me my entire time there

Teach your employees how to fix issues with the machines. Went in on a Sunday night and 4 flavors weren't available and the employee working there had no idea how to fix. Then a kid put his hand in the toppings, took a handful, and his dad proceeded to PIT THEM BACK in the container. I told the employee and she did nothing. Gross.
