Great ice cream with a fantastic selection of flavors! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend for both the quality of the ice cream and the excellent service!

Came today at 8:30 pm and the employees immediately turned off the lights, walked out , and locked the door as soon as they saw my child and I getting out of our car. If this places closes early they should at least update their store hours.

I like their ice creams, esp the no sugar added flavors

We came here on the free scoop day with the promo code MELT in app. It said if you have a melted scoop from anywhere that you could use the promo code for a free scoop. It said you didn't need any proof. We decide to go to this location but the manager decided that they would not honor this deal in her own words. She was very sassy about it and there was no way for us to know since they didn't have a sign and the app let us order already so we had to go out of our way for no reason. The manager didn't say sorry even and just acted like a Karen.

Kid-friendliness: The manager was very unfriendly and not nice towards children.

Please update your business hours. We came around 11:40am and when we opened the door a woman pulled the door to try and close it then said they weren’t open. We had just seen a man come out with ice cream. Google indicates this location opens at 11am , maybe it’s time they update the information available to customers.

Went there with my two kids to order a cake for them. The cashier lady became mad seeing the kids. I still dont know for what reason!!! She then did not even answer my questions but instead chasing the kids when they were looking at the cakes. We left without ordering anything. Probably will never go there again. To the mad lady, not sure why you were mad but you should smile and welcome your customers and especially kids. You are a ice cream store and kids are your target customers

Drove all the way from Laguna Beach, AFTER CALLING, to dude closing up. At 8:53pm!! When I ask "I just called, saying I was on my way... Why wouldn't you say something??" He replies, "oh, yea, sorry about that." Ridiculous!!!
