My servers name was benson, amazing person, helped a lot throughout the meal and went above and beyond with his service. This restaurant is lucky to have him.

This is the best spot for a chill vibe. Daniella (my future wife) is the sweetest person ever. I miss going here. Also, Happy Birthday to her 🫵🥰

Bj's in Santa Margarita, it was appalling. Nobody in there at 3 o'clock. The waitress server bartender Danielle, it took minutes to take my order with nobody at the bar right and was very inattentive, and it's much more of a bar today. That people want to go in and hang out that they know everybody. Seriously, appalling service. I would never go back there again. And would never recommend it to anybody I know . 15 minutes to give me change in cash from my purchase of 3 glasses of wine. It was absolutely disgusting service and her name is Daniela.

They sat us at a filthy booth with food on the seats. You can tell they didn't even try to clean it. All we were given sticky menus. Again, an easy fix if the staff just put in a little effort. The food is okay, not great, but not bad. Prices are average. Its always pretty busy / loud. Now the service greatly depends on what server you get. I have had 2 great servers here before who paid attention to detail, made sure food came in a timely manner, checked on drink refills, checked to see if you needed napkins or condiments etc. But I have also had servers who don't do any of those things. Maybe they are giving servers too many tables to effectively handle, so they are just trying to power through them all. Yesterday we saw food runners (people who are not your server who just run out your food) more than we saw our waiter.

Elijah and the whole staff made our dining experience on Easter absolutely amazing. Every detail from my families orders were acquainted. We really appreciate the love and the great service from Elijah next time we’re in the area we will definitely be looking for him.

We're big BJ's fans. The restaurant is always clean, welcoming and has great food! We can usually get a seat at the bar and a cold beer in under 2 minutes. We like to sit at the bar during games as BJ,s has one of the larger big screens in the immediate RSM area. Staff is great, especially bartenders. We've been served by Patrick and Daniella many times - best bartenders! Enthusiastic and add that extra touch of a neighborhood bar. Seriously, we witnessed how kind and talkative Daniella was with a veteran patron who you could tell definitely came in for a beer, game and her stellar service.

Great time at Brew House! Time spent well with the wife! Just wish I had a wet nap at the end !!!

Fantastic service food was awesome and very kid friendly

Never got service sat there for good 10 min. Asked the busboy 2 times he said he told the waiter. But whoever it was, Never showed up. Other waiter kept watching and didn't help as it was not his table and he was busy with his phone. Continue this and another bankruptcy in the making for sure. I did what any person with self respect would do ...got up and left . you lost business.

The tables they gave us for a group of six was really for four and added two chairs on the sides. The chicken Parmigiana was a bit dry and the the pasta mediocore. Other dishes was ok, ribeye, salmon and the pizookies dessert were ok. But again the calamari appetizer was dry and the rolls were filled with beans instead of avocado. The non-alcoholic cocktails are tiny and over priced. Lastly, the coffee was not hot :(

Our server Carrie was amazing.
Very attentive, considerate, and funny . We had a great time. One of the best servers we have had.

Mario our server seemed to completely forget about us and when reminded, he had to go retrieve our food that seemed to be sitting for a while. We were sitting for about 45 min before I said something. Place wasnt busy and he only checked on us once and never filled an empty water.

Our server Carrie was the best. The food was hot, fresh, fast and reasonably priced. Great place to eat.
