BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I take my grandchildren to BJ's for lunch. They enjoy the menu items and of course enjoy the pizzookies. The staff is great on family service so grandpa isn't overwhelmed. 😉.

This was the worst experience ever. With 2 children we arrived early and 2 hours later we barely got our food. The food arrived piece-meal, cold, dried up macaroni & cheese was inedible, cold pizza, the waiter never checked on us. People came, got served & left before we got the first of our food. But yay, after 2 hours they offered us a free cookie. I would NEVER go back to this location. If you aren't drinking, avoid this place. I think our waiter thought he was trying for an acting role!!

First you dropped my pizza fresh out of the oven on the floor there was a 25 to 30 minute delay of getting my pizza back on the table rather the whole rest of the party was done then to apologize you give me a spooky bouzouki that was half melted you didn't even call the crackling syrup on it trying to get our servers attention is next to impossible the cup State empty service was horrible I got to say stay away from this place if you want good food and good service

We had a large group and our server, Dalton, was on it. The manager was great. Overall experience was really good.

I made a reservation on OpenTable, the girl at the front said there wasn't a reservation, showed her and my receipt, and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, but was able to sit all 4 of us. Then, once sitting, the service seemed distracted, wasn't that busy, forgot our drinks, never offered any specials, never refilled our waters, or came by and asked if we were good, but charged us for the alcohol drinks we never got. I guess people have bad days, but in the service industry, they should be better, and a manager should be going around checking on customers so this doesn't happen.

Was disappointed with prime rib dinner. Normally this is a very good dinner. Just a bad night 🥴

Delicious food, wonderful service ... my friends and I will definitely meet here for get togethers again. I highly recommend the Santa Fe chicken salad - the best, tender, flavorful chicken I have had in a long time!

They always bring your main course BEFORE you are finished with your salad. Very annoying.

My servers name was benson, amazing person, helped a lot throughout the meal and went above and beyond with his service. This restaurant is lucky to have him.

This is the best spot for a chill vibe. Daniella (my future wife) is the sweetest person ever. I miss going here. Also, Happy Birthday to her 🫵🥰

Bj's in Santa Margarita, it was appalling. Nobody in there at 3 o'clock. The waitress server bartender Danielle, it took minutes to take my order with nobody at the bar right and was very inattentive, and it's much more of a bar today. That people want to go in and hang out that they know everybody. Seriously, appalling service. I would never go back there again. And would never recommend it to anybody I know . 15 minutes to give me change in cash from my purchase of 3 glasses of wine. It was absolutely disgusting service and her name is Daniela.

They sat us at a filthy booth with food on the seats. You can tell they didn't even try to clean it. All we were given sticky menus. Again, an easy fix if the staff just put in a little effort. The food is okay, not great, but not bad. Prices are average. Its always pretty busy / loud. Now the service greatly depends on what server you get. I have had 2 great servers here before who paid attention to detail, made sure food came in a timely manner, checked on drink refills, checked to see if you needed napkins or condiments etc. But I have also had servers who don't do any of those things. Maybe they are giving servers too many tables to effectively handle, so they are just trying to power through them all. Yesterday we saw food runners (people who are not your server who just run out your food) more than we saw our waiter.

Had a very relaxing fun time for a fun mother's day party Service was really attentive And fun relaxing food Would do it again for a family party and will be back soon And ending with pizooies that says it all
