Was disappointed with prime rib dinner. Normally this is a very good dinner. Just a bad night 🥴

Delicious food, wonderful service ... my friends and I will definitely meet here for get togethers again. I highly recommend the Santa Fe chicken salad - the best, tender, flavorful chicken I have had in a long time!

They always bring your main course BEFORE you are finished with your salad. Very annoying.

My servers name was benson, amazing person, helped a lot throughout the meal and went above and beyond with his service. This restaurant is lucky to have him.

This is the best spot for a chill vibe. Daniella (my future wife) is the sweetest person ever. I miss going here. Also, Happy Birthday to her 🫵🥰

Bj's in Santa Margarita, it was appalling. Nobody in there at 3 o'clock. The waitress server bartender Danielle, it took minutes to take my order with nobody at the bar right and was very inattentive, and it's much more of a bar today. That people want to go in and hang out that they know everybody. Seriously, appalling service. I would never go back there again. And would never recommend it to anybody I know . 15 minutes to give me change in cash from my purchase of 3 glasses of wine. It was absolutely disgusting service and her name is Daniela.

They sat us at a filthy booth with food on the seats. You can tell they didn't even try to clean it. All we were given sticky menus. Again, an easy fix if the staff just put in a little effort. The food is okay, not great, but not bad. Prices are average. Its always pretty busy / loud. Now the service greatly depends on what server you get. I have had 2 great servers here before who paid attention to detail, made sure food came in a timely manner, checked on drink refills, checked to see if you needed napkins or condiments etc. But I have also had servers who don't do any of those things. Maybe they are giving servers too many tables to effectively handle, so they are just trying to power through them all. Yesterday we saw food runners (people who are not your server who just run out your food) more than we saw our waiter.

By far the worst dining experience I have had in Orange County. Restaurant was nothing but loud, dis organized and most unwelcoming. Sat for 15 minutes until we flagged down a very unfriendly server. Ordered our meals after another 10 minutes and was then told that my beverage was no longer available. The server Recommended another beer however it only came after my meal arrived Told the manager about our poor experience and his only response was to say he thought he had brought in enough servers , " however it probably wasn't enough". I asked for the check from the manager , he brought it, the server delivered it without even a word ! This is undoubtedly the worst BJS in their entire chain! Someone needs to be fired!!!! Elijah and the whole staff made our dining experience on Easter absolutely amazing. Every detail from my families orders were acquainted. We really appreciate the love and the great service from Elijah next time we’re in the area we will definitely be looking for him.

We're big BJ's fans. The restaurant is always clean, welcoming and has great food! We can usually get a seat at the bar and a cold beer in under 2 minutes. We like to sit at the bar during games as BJ,s has one of the larger big screens in the immediate RSM area. Staff is great, especially bartenders. We've been served by Patrick and Daniella many times - best bartenders! Enthusiastic and add that extra touch of a neighborhood bar. Seriously, we witnessed how kind and talkative Daniella was with a veteran patron who you could tell definitely came in for a beer, game and her stellar service.
