Super solid bagels and good service for a last minute call in for a baskers dozen and 2 cream cheeses. No complaints:)

This is my first non 5 star rating ever given. We have been religiously coming to Bruggers every weekend for the past 5 years. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. It seems like the employees just want you in and out. You place your order and they move you on to pay so that you can't even see if it was done how you ordered. First. If you want it toasted, you need to say put it through twice. Their idea of toasted is "warm and soft". Next. I think the employees need to know the differences or cream cheese amounts. If you say nothing, you literally get a half a cup of cream cheese on your bagel. If you say easy, you literally get a teaspoon. If we were given the choice to stand there and watch it be made this would not be an issue, but as customers we are not given the choice. Your only option is to wait until they give you your bag and open each one to make sure it was done as ordered. Management. Please look into how you run this joint. Although good, I think I'm done as a long term customer sadly.

It is dead empty on a Sunday and I took a moment to make a choice on the bagel I wanted and the lady was rushing me and was very upset that I was a

Great bagle place i love going there every week but dont order online because i did that once and the cream cheese was super grainy and for someone who has a hard time with certain foods i could barley eat this but any other time that i go into the the store it was fine!

Good breakfast bagel sandwiches

Good bagels for West Coast. Very nice employees. They get our order correct almost all of the time!

The food is good but when I ordered online for pickup, they said my order was not in the system and I had to starve for breakfast.

Another angry bagel joint. It seems like employees in the bagel industry are all jaded. Bagels were fine, not like I remember. But the cashier this time was arguing with my husband. Telling him what he said, and how he said it wrong. Sorry we're not up on our bagel lingo! Def not coming back.

The bagels are ALWAYS good here!Very fresh! Lots of topping choices. The only thing I can say that's a negative is that some of the employees (ladies) act like they're in a HUGE hurry and can be kinda rude! Almost like they want to say: "Come on! Come on! What do you want? Let's go! Come ON!" ??‍♂️ And there was no one behind us. It's honestly kinda annoying!Other than that, it's a great place if you're in the mood for bagels!

I've been to this location twice: once in person and once as a pick-up order. In person, none of the workers acknowledged anyone in the large crowd. They only spoke spanish to each other and when taking our orders, they were very rude as if it was an inconvenience to them for us to be there. I understand Spanish and they were complaining about the customers and their orders. For pick up, I ordered two of the same bagel sandwich but for one of them I requested no egg and extra him. Both sandwiches did not have eggs and had extra ham therefore each sandwich was $18. I cannot believe I spent $36 on two bagel sandwiches that wasn't even prepared correctly. This will be the last time we go here.

Add another 1 star to the list! Breuggers, the goal isn't to get 5 one-star reviews, it's to get one 5 star review! (Which they have literally never gotten.) Today I walked in to Breuggers, and of course was greeted by three women who clearly are mutes. No words, no eye contact, just making phone orders for the lazy sh*ts who actually don't walk into the store. After waiting for over 10 minutes for my existence to finally be acknowledged, one of the woman said "what do you want!?" as if she had been waiting ON ME or something, lol. Now onto the bagel, you're lucky I am even calling it that at this point. Bagel was barely toasted, chewy, cut 2/3 1/3 horizontally & 2/3 1/3 vertically. A blind man could, and would cut a bagel better than this. After making a $11.50 dent in my bank account for a bagel and drink, I was greeted my food in a crumbled up brown paper bag by the lady who took my order. She basically got right up in my face, as if she wanted to fight (lord have mercy on her soul)Won't be returning, but WILL be returning for the more one star reviews that I know will be posted. It's free comedy!

They forgot to give me my bagel this morning and still charged me for it. Thank you for letting me starve!

When they make your bagel right, it's good. The girls that's work here are really rude, and will speak another language in front of you clearly talking trash about you. They mess up my order all the time, to the point where my husband and i bet if there actually going to make it right this time. super rude workers

I usually have a great experience at this location. However, the day the lady was so rude and had so much attitude over a coupon.I always have them scan my phone and when I have enough points I redeem it and they scan my phone and use it. It’s been like that at every location I’ve done it at.This time though she says “it’s only for mobile order” For the record there are no locations for mobile order in California. I told her I’ve never had an issue with it and asked if the policy had changed. She keeps repeating herself acting agitated at me.When the manager walked back in I mentioned that he has taken them before. He said it was fine. She started talking about me in Spanish with her coworker(yes white people speak Spanish too). I apologized and said thank you for taking the coupon. She then goes yeah well it’s not my fault it says mobile order but here you can see on your receipt it’s free.Like what’s with the attitude over a coupon your company offers? If you don’t like customers asking questions then don’t work in customer service. I didn’t yell. I wasn’t rude. I was willing to pay full price if they policy had changed.Train your employees better.
