This is probably the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. The food is flavorless, the chicken under cooked and watery. They changed the staff and the new crew is inept and rude, and they tried to double charge us for putting toppings on the side. Not going back until they hire new workers!

I feel like this location is dirtier than most. The service is okay, the food is okay… but there’s definitely some cross contamination going on. There were multiple chunks of steak just chillin inside of the queso.

Now a third time I have ordered an order for my pregnant wife, with cravings and the food got delivered and was completely incorrect. This location is completely careless. The employees do not take the time to make sure your order is what you paid for. Nor do they care. Even if you don't eat meat my wife gets an order with just chicken, steak, cheese and rice. So now she can't eat it, and our only option is to waste is and buy another delivery and take the chance of them screwing up a fourth time or driving there and making sure it gets done right but what is the point of having a convenience app like DoorDash if the location doesn't even make sure that the meals ordered and paid for are correct, completely careless!!!!!!!! Not to mention my burrito. That was also made with the wrong meat I ordered but I am able to eat meat. But to a pregnant momma who can't eat meat ... damn disappointing

This is the best chipotle I've been to recently. The staff are all very nice and I never have to wait too long to get served. I live about 40 miles away but my boyfriend lives in RSM so I've tried quite a few other chipotles but this one is my favorite

No more chipotle for me tbh. The food this time makes me feel fat and shitty and I was bloated all day after. I'll probably stick with rubios from now on. They got way better salsas and free jalapenos.

Not quite sure why there is only one person on the line during a lunch rush. And the cashier is too busy saying hi to his friends in the lobby when the line in very long. So now there is one person making the food and ringing. I wonder if the management changed because this place is not what it used to be.

This location is not what it used to be... The last few months have seen a decline in quality. The restaurant is frequently dirty.See pic of the wrapped burrito I just got there, taken right out of the bag... The worker tossed it into the bag and slid the bag across the counter to me. lol

On 2 different visit I have witnessed the cashier walk over to the food line to help out. Seems like a great idea to help your coworkers...only problem is that she didn't change her gloves. She was handling the cash register, money and even scratched her head at one point and then put her hands in the cheese and lettuce to add to the bowls. That seems pretty gross to me. It's things like this that taint food. No wonder the company got in trouble in the past and had to pay millions for serving tainted food. I won't be going back.

This place is a joke. Everything is ice cold like it's just got out of the fridge without cooking. Rice and protein is cold. Portion is small like it's a kids meal or something. Employees seem to be pretty rude and ignorant.

I only come to this location when I'm visiting friends in the area, but I love this place. The food is usually good.The reason for only 3 stars is that online ordering isn't always accurate, and the portions are usually too small. It's better to just get in line.The food quality is a bit inconsistent. Seems like the food is only good depending on who's cooking. But it's not bad.Not only that but they seem to be understaffed most days and run by mostly teenagers and new hires.Portion sizes are inconsistent. They should do portion training to fix that. They'll usually give me more if I ask, so it's not a big deal.Sometimes the place is messy, especially on packed days. Might be because they're understaffed or maybe just need more training. Needs better management.That being said, even with their limitations I still get good customer service. Employees are nice and helpful if they can be.Not great, but it's a good place.

Had to order from this chipotle as I needed delivery, even though I know better. And what do you know, they onlydelivered 1 out of the 3 bowls ordered. They gave us a refund for one bowl and a "free entree" for the second missing bowl, but the "free entree" only covers $12 towards your order, and all the bowls on our order were over $15 so it doesn't even cover the missing food. You can't talk to anyone at the restaurant and the poor customer service staff is unfortunately useless. Literally just wanted someone to bring us our 2 missing bowls. When will this location get it together or be replaced by a franchisee owner that cares enough to fix the consistent incompetency? Unclear.
