the blonde girl that worked there last night on july 17 was so rude when i asked if they had something. usually everyone here is pretty nice and welcoming but when i asked if they had the birthday cake taco she looked pissed told me “we don’t” and then just looked away from me lol. not sure why she got mad at me for asking a question but i hope this serves her well. going to foothills location today to get the birthday cake taco with kinder employees.. unfortunate i have to do that though.

Ordered a custom birthday cake, came next day to pick it up to find out it was cancelled with message : I’m out of cake.
No call, no nothing just an automatic email.

Absolutely love this place! The ice cream is top-notch—super creamy and packed with flavor. I could come here every day and never get tired of it. The portions are generous, and the waffle cones are always fresh. Staff is friendly and quick to serve. Can’t recommend it enough!

I was especially impressed by the toppings and extra treats—fresh fruits, nuts, chocolate, caramel… You can create your perfect dessert!

Casual, friendly atmosphere. A bit pricey for a small cup, but worth it. The young man was very pleasant and also offered us a free topping, which was very kind of him.🤗 The double malt chocolate & strawberry ice cream were absolutely delicious. I'm definitely coming back soon.😋

Hi everyone,
I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, and it was fantastic! The owner even gave me a discount, which was such a nice touch. When we got home and tasted it, everyone loved it so much that we ordered the same cake again! The flavor was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying their cakes—you won’t be disappointed!

ZERO customer service. A dude working that can't even look at a customer or say hi or ask what you want. Very odd dude working on 9/18/24 around 7pm. Didn't make my ice cream creation correctly then tried to fix it and by now with all of the mashing it's liquidfy. I always tip but not this time! Hire better people to maintain regular clientele!!

I received an email from Coldstone that they had ice cream tacos. My husband and I were kind of excited to get one or two of them. When I went in to tell the person my order, he said they don't have them. I was kind of disappointed. He gave me some reason why they didn't have them, but I couldn't really understand what he said. So, I had to order something else. I had a BOGO, so I got 2 items. Their prices went up, as most places, AND they shrunk the portions! In the past, I had a hard time finishing the "love it" size, but I was able to finish this one with no problem. Maybe I wasable to finish the whole thing because I was starving! It was almost $10 for a Love It creation! That's really not worth it. And on top of that, the guy who waited on me was not very friendly. Come on, man, when someone buys something there, you should really say "thank you." I said thank you to him because I'm a nice person. Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip. I don't think we'll be going back to that location for a long time, if ever again! Learn how to treat customers with kindness and maybe a smile!
