$15 for a tiny shake that was so watery it was undrinkable. Literally undrinkable; it was like drinking room temperature milk with some caramel squirted in there. The shake had none of the toppings I wanted, and it just flat out did not taste good. Just go to the Handel's in the same plaza. Got a bigger shake for a cheaper price and it tasted infinitely better. This location was legitimately terrible.

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and not only was the ice cream amazing but excellent customer service. I highly recommend it there are many options to choose from to create and delicious sundae. Also, the staff were very pleasant. Definitely go there for a tasty treat!

We used to really look forward to getting our ice cream but the explicit music and overall atmosphere just seems really inappropriate when you're walking in with 2 young kids. I'm honestly surprised that corporate would allow this to go on the way it does especially in Orange County! This needs to be fixed

This is one of the best Cold Stone locations I've been to. The girls working there that night were quick and efficient. GREAT taste in music too which made it a whole experience. This is a drive for me but I'd definitely drive all the way here just to get ice cream, especially because it's the one that closes the latest. Cold Stone is very creamy and delicious so definitely a must try!!Ice cream: 10/10Service: 10/10

Walked in and the one individual working was chewing bubblegum and texting. The music was so loud she didn't hear me enter and just stood there, head down, before I eventually left and got a cookie next door instead.
