Okay as someone who has been to a lot of different Del Tacos, this one is the best hands down. They don’t skimp on the portions, that’s for sure. They are open later than everyone else in Rancho, which is nice because no one is open late out here. Yes there are high school kids, and yes sometimes they forget the sauce, but all I do is look in the bag before I leave. They forget the sauces everywhere, get over it person who gave the best Del Taco one star.

They always forget my sauces and napkins. Every time I order on the Del Taco app I never get my sauces and I never get any napkins like soon as you guys fix this. I’ll change my review to five stars but until then you’re getting one star like 10th time in a row.

The woman who took our order was rude and had an ugly disposition! She was possibly part of the management team, she's been here for years. My son ordered a special that was posted and she refused to honor it saying they weren't doing it at that location. We ordered 10 bean and cheese burritos extra cheese no sauce (for little kids), 6 combo burritos and fries. The burritos were drowning in red sauce completely unedible and the fries were cold. I will not come back to this location.

I went in there to order my usual. I don't also usually do reviews. But as of Tuesday Aug 8, 2023 (the post of the this review), I was a bit disappointed in the service. I usually use my EBT card here and I know it's been down for a while so I expected my EBT to decline. But tell me why the lady working at the POS told me I couldn't make a new transaction (when I decided to use my normal Mastercard). I'm confused to why she couldn't just make a brand new order. Maybe it's something I do not know. But I'm hoping the staff around 3:45 that day knows what they did. Im hoping they didn't do it out of laziness. In the long run, I get to save my money.

Ordered 4 soft tacos and after some confusion and wait I got them. When I got home 1 of the fish tacos was inedible and seemed like it had been in the fryer/oven for hours, the fish was super hard and discolored all the way through.

This DelTaco is right by my house, and it's normally really good! Today, I got a beyond meat taco, and it was not good and not well put together. I asked for no cheese with extra lettuce, but I ended up with less lettuce than normal. ?

Every time I order on app my order is incomplete. I pick up my food, still being made and put together. Always a bag missing. A full meal is missing and I dont know until I arrive back at my destination. All bags are labeled shut. So if I'm picking up for family or friends that means I have to break the seal and look everytime to check the order. Really defeats any time saving that this app is suppose to provide. this has happened multiple times. Really can't believe an order can't be completed or followed.
