Ding Tea RSM has always been a favorite tea house of mine! Ilove this place cuz it's close to home and super convenient shopping center! Today was extra special cuz the owners accommodated the whole basketball team and families to host our championship party there!!Thank you Ding tea RSM, love you guys!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly drinks too!! Slushes has no caffeine is great for kids~~

It's great having a Ding Tea so close to home. The decor inside is really cute and bright, it's a great place to hang out with your friends, work or study. The employees were nice, although a little slow. I got my usual classic Thai milk tea with boba. The drink was delicious and satisfying. I can see myself coming here more often for my boba fix.

When you visit later of the day, sometimes boba pearls are too hardened and not soft enough. Also they don't use real milk. Instead they use non dairy creamer powder type of things that are way cheaper. I have no problem of having those it's just not right to charge same price with those places that use cow milk.

I got Taro milk with egg pudding and boba. It was pretty good. The pricing was good and two drinks with two add-ins came out to about 14 dollars or so. The lady taking out order was nice too. It was a tiny bit empty inside but obviously nice and clean.

I’m from out of town and was visiting the area. I went in with my puppy who’s in service dog training. The two people working that shift on Monday night (guy & girl maybe 16yrs old or so) kept looking and whispering to one another about who should tell me to get out. I don’t appreciate that and made me very anxious & uncomfortable. My dog was not bothering anyone we were away from others and were sitting patiently for my drink. I suggest that they put up a sign saying no dogs they are not allowed in and to train the employees better and not assume every dog is a pet. Also before you guys say he needs a vest or anything I quote “The ADA does not require service animals to wear a vest, ID tag, or specific harness.” Please do better and read up on service dog rules.

My biggest gripe with this location is that they're always blasting the music WAY too loud to the point where they cannot hear you when taking your order and WILL ask you to clarify and even then, will note it down wrong.Today's conversation (not unique to this instance):Me: hi can I please get a large green tea, full sweet, half ice, double boba?Cashier: sure! What size?Me: largeCashier: ok! And what sweetness?Me: full. 100%. Please.Cashier: ok!What do I get? A large, full sweet, full ice, regular boba drink.I don't mind bad service once or twice, but for this to keep happening over the span of several months? It's enough to warrant 1 star for me. I've tried slowing down my order and it doesn't help at all. The listening comprehension is at an all time low at this location. The Foothill Ranch one is much better. Want to know the difference? They don't play their music so loud where they can't hear customers' orders. The RSM Ding Tea thinks it's a Las Vegas club with the volume they're OK playing their "ambient" music at. What's worse is their playlists aren't even bangers.

We ordered hokkaido oolong milk tea and matcha milk tea and both tasted bland and watered down. You couldn't taste the matcha or the oolong, just sugared milk. We came back to complain and they made us new drinks, but unfortunately, still the same results. What a waste. I've tried the RSM location a few times and by far, the worst drinks compared to other Ding Tea locations.
