Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

This ice cream shop is fantastic. The atmosphere feels fun and welcoming, and the selection of flavors is excellent. The staff are kind, friendly, and truly make the experience enjoyable. They were patient while we chose our flavors and treated every customer with a smile.

The ice cream tastes fresh and delicious, and the portion sizes are great. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality treat and great service. I will absolutely come back again.

Always a solid experience going to Handel’s! The gentleman who helped me was super nice and patient as I had an order for a large group.

I am a frequent customer that brings the family almost every Friday for a treat. A young man by the name of Luke helped us out and i am happy to say that his service was incredible. Not only was he quick with the work but our cones looked amazing. He then complimented my sons shirt at the register and expressed his joy for track aswell. He gave my son tips to become a better runner and then wished us a great night. Best service yet and will definitely be coming back!

We’ve been frequenting this location for years since they first opened. We’ve always been happy with the portions and service … until today. Had a young lady that didn’t smile once and barely spoke to us at all, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. I would chalk it up to a bad day for her but the scoop sizes were also so small compared to past we were all so disappointed. Mine looked like a single scoop from Thrifty. The single cones look absolutely nothing like the picture in the signs anymore so you should really remove those. Sadly Handel’s is no longer going to be our first and only choice for ice cream.

Blueberry Cobler ice cream and Graham Central Station are two great choices. Quality ice cream and great variety. Large servings.

Great ice cream with several options, including vegan! Unfortunately, mediocre service. Service used to be great. Now it seems like the employees don't like their job and are miserable being there. If you can look past that, the ice cream is worth it.

Amazing i’ve crean.

Ice cream was good but service was horrible. I was charged for an item they did not even have and when contacted about it staff was rude. Refused to tell me who I was talking to, manager or owners name. Here visiting from out of town and will never be back. Neither will my family who lives here. I felt ripped off and staff was unbelievably rude.

The staff looks so unhappy, like they literally hate their job. Ordered a banana split and there were barely any bananas.... since when a Banana split has sliced bananas??? And not even a full banana....

Really excited I could eat here. I have celiac and most ice cream places I'm unable to eat at due to cross contamination. Handel's has separate scoops for each flavor so the potential for cross contamination is minimal. They also have a separate list for all gluten free flavors. The chocolate ice cream was amazing.
