funny this was my favorite place... went Sunday evening and the service was awful... I order a wine got the wrong wine. Wrong appetizer and my steak sandwich was burnt... I used to love this place.
I think its gone downhill
I visited my brother who lives locally. He took me and our other brother here because he loves this place and goes frequently. Being a wine lover, he let me pick our dinner wine. Came across an O’Shaughnessy Cabernet and had to stop right there. I know the product, had the pleasure of drinking this with Luke Russ when he did a wine dinner in northern Illinois a few years back. We have had the pleasure of dining at Hanna's for decades now. Every meal has been memorable for excellence in cuisine, service, and gracious hospitality. Their wine dinners are superlative. We've enjoyed several paired wine dinners with them over the years and they've always been amazing. Tonight's Caymus dinner with Mr. Wagner was especially fantastic. FINE dining indeed...
