Order a BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato). When you get to the end and there is no Lettuce or Tomato and you mention it to them, they look confused as if you were speaking another language and say "You never said to add Lettuce or Tomato"...... ON A BLT!!! Sorry but you have to say you want lettuce and tomato on your BLT if you want it. They just assume you don't want it if you don't say it after.

I ordered a steak and cheese, they make it in the back so I couldn't see it made. they wrapped it so I couldn't see it before I came home. I opened it and it's soggy wet I'm not sure what all this is from. I'm going back and getting a refund. Don't waste your time here! Check out the photos! What dish not to get! Steak and cheese! Disgusting! Wasn't worth the time, get a sub from Walmart!

I usually have a good experience at this location except for tonight, 11/22/23 around 7pm (being specific so management can narrow it down to who I’m referencing) The guy who made my sandwich tonight was very rude, rushed me when ordering and had an overall bad attitude at with me checkout. No one appreciates dealing with a punk when ordering food. Do better than that. I’m surprised I gave a tip, buddy really didn’t deserve it.

God forbid you change anything on the sandwich. Ask for extra peppers on your Philly and you get MUSTARD. And not just a dash of it, but soaking the ENTIRE SANDWICH. What a joke.

Picked up 2 subs to-go around 2:45pm on Dec 31. The young man making our subs did Not change out his gloves after checking out the previous customer...so our subs were made with who knows what germs that we're picked up off the cash register tablet. Seems like a health code violation to me!! Employees should not be handling food products after taking payment from customers unless hands are washed or cleans gloves worn!!

Jersey Mike's has the best Subs. My favorite is the #8 Mike's way.Meat cut fresh and bread baked fresh each day. Little expensive but worth it.

Vegetarian options: Order how you like it. I'm not a vegetarian, but they have all the fixins.

Kid-friendliness: Yip.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. Easy for wheelchair.

The store was very busy, and the line was going out the door. Staff was very kind and caring. The team member with the dark long hair (they had an alt look) managing mobile orders was super sweet and apologetic for the delay. Even when the store is busy I always have a positive experience.

Respecting the staff. And all the reviews about walking in mistreating customers! All restaurants have a time frame they need to be out by. if you're expecting to walk in 10 minutes or 30 minutes prior of closing hours they're already prepping / shutting off equipment it's piping hot Smarties. I have had no issue with this restaurant both customer service or anything. However health code related haven't seen much to go off of that. Love the sandwiches service when I go usually good.
