This location has a manager who refuses to identify her self. Claims she is the general manager when I called. Sat there and argued with me on the phone about a order that I placed the day before. She was very unprofessional and rude. I am contacting corporate to let them know what kind of lady they have working for them and how she doesn't know how to communicate with the general public. And also the no identity her self when talking on the phone handling a customer problem. I will update with her job status soon.

Zero customer service! I love little caesars but this branch is not the one to go.They made a mistake on my pizza and i had to go back to store to be able to talk with someone since they never response to the phone. When i complained about their mistake and telling them you wasted my time and ask for replacement they said we have too many order and we can’t make another and we have right to not giving service and asked me to leave the restaurant! Yup it’s unbelievable. Truth to be said they refund me ,but no pizza for me!

Grew up loving Little Caesars. This RSM location has employees that don't care and when I call in 15 min prior to have an order ready they gave me a pizza that looked like it was in the over for hours. The taste was very disappointing

Super wack service from the Jordan chick, I heard her in the back talking about her poop? (Disgusting) to some other dudes that totally weren't into it, even when I was trying to get her attention. She finally came to "greet" me, but unenthusiastically asked me how can I help her, like she was a robot? I asked her if they had any deep dishes ready and she looked at me all disgusted, like how was I supposed to know you didn't sell them at night??? She told me some crazy high time to cook , like 50 minutes to cook a deep dish, so I think she was lying to get me to leave, but I told her it was fine, and paid. She SIGHED and did some bratty half skip to the back to make it, was super passed at the service, I made an account just to let others know not to go here! The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way, the bottom was all gooey, and the edges were burned. Bad place, bad pizza, Jordan sucks!!!

Food was fresh and hot, took about 45 mins which is fine because I'm a patient dude. Super nostalgic having little Cesar's good price for the food quantity of food you get. Inside is small but clean.
Well I can see why I haven't been to Little Caesars in years . I walked in to do the so called Ready to pick to pizza and I found nobody at the counter and all these self order things for sauces and things and the pick up locked boxes and the menu but how can k just pick up a pizza to go ? How can k order a pizza or add sauce to my to go pizza ? It is all to over whelming- finally a girl walked out after 4 mins and I asked do you have any ready to go pizzas? Only a pepperoni . Ok I will take it . $6.99 and I wanted ranch dressing I told her but no - out the door I went with the pizza . I got home and it was a bit cool - I didn't get the thin crust but it's ok o didn't order it . I would say for $6.99 I will stick with ordering from my fav pizza place sorry that is HOT - and has the toppings I want and I will get delivered. Thanks but no thanks .

We order delivery and about the time it should have arrived it said delivered how ever it did not. I called and was told it will take 10 days for refund . I wasn't even offered for them to send another order. Also that the DRI er wouldnt pick up their phone why should have have to wait 10 days for my refund when it was obviously the drivers fault. Why wouldnt they just send the order again ?? Just cuz driver screwed up doesnt mean I don't want my order. And where was my order delivered ? Very weird occassion . I mean who is paying for this besides us waiting 10 days for a refund on an order that never got delivered or at least not to the correct address.

Placed an order for 2 pizzas and Buffalo wings to be delivered and didn't received the Buffalo wings. Called them to notified them I was missing an item they kept hanging my call!!!! Then finally they answered and transferred my call and I waited forever!!!!! Never got a response!!!!!!!! Never ordering from them again super bad service!!!
