The service was terrible. Order drinks online and then they never made the order because they were messing around in the back. Then we ordered tajin pineapple and cucumber. They only gave us cucumber and when we asked them about it they told us they didn’t have pineapple. They should have told us they didn’t have pineapple when we ordered it. Also, they didn’t even refund us. We will definitely not be coming back to this location.

The service was really good and the employees are super nice!!! The fruit was very good. The place is very pretty and welcoming. My only complaint is the acai is kind of tasteless.

Stay far away from this place. Music was blaring! I couldn’t hear anything.They made my bowl wrong, but I ate it anyway. They seemed to bothered. Then again they’re rich teens working there. Who don’t care or have any clue about customer service. They’re customers are rude too, lots of coto housewives with no manners.I don’t care about getting it fixed. The only way to fix this is take your money and go next door to Boba Time, you’ll pay an extra $3, but I’m serious when I say they are way better and worth it.

I'm not sure what's going on but Ashlee rang me up and another was working with her who has a horrible attitude. I first got there and saw no one for about 5 minutes then finally a girl from the back showed up on the phone looking in the fridge. Finally she took the guys order in front of me. The turmeric shot was really warm and disgusting. I always get the one in Ladera and it's great and chilled and the taste is what it's suppose to be. My health nut I didn't even take I just left it in the counter the lady was running all around trying to find the items to put in it. It also looked very white and foamy.Last time I came I waited from someone to come from the back as well and then they finally took my order but only to have 3 customers in front of me get theirs before even got mine which was just an Açaí bowl.So maybe u want to train better or at least have the supplies ready for them?

Very disappointing, we pay $10 for a bowl and we get half of it. when I told the person who made it, she said it was half empty because the granola on the side. I don't know if I wanted to cry or laugh. The tiny granola container they gave me its less than 1/4 cup . If you are the owner, this is not ok, it's infuriating!! This is Nekter located at Antonio and SMP.

The cakes are awesome I have tried most of them and all are great it makes it very hard to choose.The service is also very good they give you time enough to choose no rush And the cleanliness is great also .it is a great little place to come and enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry .

The staff is what makes this place amazing! Hard working, ensures your order is not only correct, but strives to ensure quality and great taste with every order. I have tried quite a few Nekter locations. I have decided to drive out of my way, past other Nekter locations closer to me, to pick up my orders from this location. The smoothies always taste amazing! Best customer service and always hard working! Raenell, Megan, and Amanda, you are the hardest working and friendliest people I have ever seen!Because of the three of you, I will continue driving to your location!
I've probably come here dozens of times with no problem, but today when I came in one of the stafd dropped the ice scooper into the drain, picked it out with her gloves on, replaced the ice scoop but not her gloves and proceeded to make drinks/bowls with the same gloves that she had on to grab stuff out of the drain. So nasty.

Been there couple of times, just one occasion the smoothies were so tasteless but all the others were a delight.I could recommend to try it before stepping out just in case the flavors disappoint and you can have the opportunity to address it friendly with the staff.I mean we all make mistakes so no big deal.In case you enjoy your smoothie inside other thing to mention is 3 different times there were this stinky bleach smell around very unpleasant to stay, (I mean I’m grateful that the place is disinfected and take good care but that was just too much bleach so use the correct dosage).

You will see quite a few poor reviews on here due to customer service and sad to say it’s still very poor. You will likely walk in and have to wait for the employees to stop talking to their friends who popped in to say hi before getting your order taken. My wife and I always ask to make our shakes extra thick but it NEVER happens. If you take time to let them know they look at you like you are an inconvenience. You’re better off going to the location off Lake Forest from my experience.
