I never leave reviews on anything but this situation outright blew my mind. I was missing parts of my orders from an online delivery and when I called to ask what happened the worker whatever his name was, outright told me he was lazy and forgot to put it on the shelf to be delivered. This happens multiple times apparently from reading other reviews as well.

I specifically asked if the pad Thai noodles were spicy & I was assured no. Then my children have a bite and their mouths are burning! That is not okay, I made it explicitly clear the food is for children and I did no want spicy. Fix your correspondence.

Absolutely horrible service, my boyfriend ordered FIRECRACKER CHICKEN plate but the guy missed heard him and gave him firecracker tofu. When it got to the table he told the guy that he didn’t order tofu, he ordered the chicken. The guy with a very nasty attitude told him that he order tofu and that if he wanted chicken he would have to pay again because he wasn’t going to exchange it. My boyfriend got up and left the untouched food on the table because he doesn’t like tofu, he has never eaten tofu. He used to loved that place, but now he’s never coming back. Absolutely disgusting attitude from this guy, unbelievable!

Delivery came with missing items that was intended for children. Kids were disappointed and ruined our Chinese food and movie night. Rest of the food was mediocre at best.I called the restaurant about the situation. They offered refund of my order. It didn't fix the situation but at least the restaurant took ownership. I was under the impression that my full order will be refunded but I was hit with a small partial refund few days later. I will not recommend a restaurant that doesn't value their customers and only see them as transactions.

The order was here quickly and fast. Please tip 20% to your Uber driver!! They work hard and get your food there “ahead” of time!!!Good on them!! As the Aussies say!!!
