Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

Firecracker chicken was not spicy. Orange chicken was not good. Egg fried rice was terrible made with brown rice. Egg rolls mushy just bad. $47.00 of food we can't eat. Pick up Stix used to be so good and fresh. Will not go back.

I looooove the family meal deals!!!! Thank you for good house special chicken, fresh rice (I know a lot about rice and they always know how to make fresh good rice I like white and brown both!!! HOUSE SPECIAL CHICKEN is the best ever try it!!!!!!!!!! Good service delivery or pick up is always prompt and fresh, dining inside is great and chill, too!

Quality and customer service are great however, most of their dishes are very sugary sweet, which isn’t Asian food to me

I never leave reviews on anything but this situation outright blew my mind. I was missing parts of my orders from an online delivery and when I called to ask what happened the worker whatever his name was, outright told me he was lazy and forgot to put it on the shelf to be delivered. This happens multiple times apparently from reading other reviews as well.

I specifically asked if the pad Thai noodles were spicy & I was assured no. Then my children have a bite and their mouths are burning! That is not okay, I made it explicitly clear the food is for children and I did no want spicy. Fix your correspondence.

Absolutely horrible service, my boyfriend ordered FIRECRACKER CHICKEN plate but the guy missed heard him and gave him firecracker tofu. When it got to the table he told the guy that he didn’t order tofu, he ordered the chicken. The guy with a very nasty attitude told him that he order tofu and that if he wanted chicken he would have to pay again because he wasn’t going to exchange it. My boyfriend got up and left the untouched food on the table because he doesn’t like tofu, he has never eaten tofu. He used to loved that place, but now he’s never coming back. Absolutely disgusting attitude from this guy, unbelievable!
