He showed me the pick up stix app and that made ordering a lot easier. He is always great with his service and is always in a great mood!! Would recommend!!!

We ordered the Family Value Pack for 3 and it was great! Got Orange and Crispy Honey Chicken along with Chow Mein, White Rice, Spring Rolls, Cream Cheese Wontons. Ordered online, drove over to picked up the order within 10 mins. and it was ready to pick up and take home. Not missing anything and it was delicious. We have been to Oso Pick Up Stix before and love it. The help is always friendly, and everything is in the order when you pick up. Even if we drive by and stop into order, the order takes about 10 minutes to fill; even when crowded. Amazing work! We definitely will go back, especially when driving home from babysitting and passing right by it. Hard to resist! Thanks to the people that make the Oso Pick Up Sticks so great; they deserve the credit along with great recipes. BTW, the Family Value Pack is a great deal.
Today is a very sad day for me with Pick Up Stix. My family and I come to this location practically once a week. Today I ordered food as normal and came in to pick it up. When I gave my name the frantic woman working looked at me, turned away and marked something on a recite. I could see that everyone was working very hard to fill several large orders however it would have been nice for her to explain the situation to me. I'm very very disappointed in this experience and am not sure if I can return to this location again. My food was supposed to be done at 5:03pm and I am still waiting for the food and an explanation as to why there is a delay!!!!

While I've been here a few times before, this recent visit yesterday, warranted a review. The ambiance of the place needs improvement. The tables weren't cleaned properly. They were short staffed, so the customer service was spotty. They were struggling to keep up and tried their best. And the food, I'm afraid to say, it's going downhill. We ordered chicken fried rice, it was bland. The Orange chicken was just ok. Kung pao chicken was decent. And their cream cheese wontons were good. This experience was mediocre to say the least. All I can say is that if you've never been to this particular location, I'd think twice unfortunately.

I made sure to repeat myself twice so the girlWould understand salmon teriyaki bowl . But what did I get after 15 minutes wait chicken . Now I have to wait another 15 minutes for my meal . I only have 1 hour lunch plus I had to drive over here to get my meal. She was not friendly at all I asked to eat here and she puts it in a plastic bag. So the service was terrible and know I don't what my meal is going to be .Very disappointed in this place
