Ordered mobile, get to drive thru window and my drinks are sitting there for at least 5 mins before someone comes and talks to me. Plenty of staff there too.

this is the only Starbucks location the men bathroom always nasty the smell in rancid. My question is there any district manager to check what is the hell going on there ?
This Starbucks is really nice and comforting when you enter. The workers are extremely nice and are swift to get your order. They have nice little couch area to hang out in which I really enjoy.

Not trying to get anyone in trouble but its 5:30 and it says they open at 5 drive thru still closed doors locked
I have a heart condition I specifically ask for decaf. I drank the drink without checking my drink was not decaf. I experienced tachycardia and was very ill. I tried calling several times and didn’t get an answer. When I finally got an answer they told me they would call me back.
I just picked my mobile order. I ordered a grande Frappuccino and they didn't even come close to filling the cup. The amount they gave me is closer to a tall. This is the third and last time I've been to this location. Every time has been a disappointment and I will never go back.
