Stopped by to pick up a few things and was greeted by Griffin, I was caught off guard. Having had a couple recent negative experiences with "younger" folks in the past week. I decided to get a mocha and Griffin started a genuine conversation with me. Asked about the logo on my shirt and we had a very excellent conversation. I was surprised at how attentive and genuine Griffin was, his attention to detail while making my and the next person's coffee. He paid the same attention to the lady before and after me. What a great experience! Pavilions and Starbucks have a RockStar, I'll be going there for any future drinks; even with a "real" Starbucks just a few yards away in the same parking lot. Made a regular out of me. Thanks, Griffin; keep up the great work!

Noel from this location is very rude . She took my order with the most blank facial expression . Did not greet me. Seemed very bothered to be at work . When my order was ready she slammed the bag towards me & didn’t look my way or say anything afterwards. I’m very upset about the customer service here . I’ve had her multiple times and she always seems very mad to be working . Very unprofessional. I will not be going to this location anymore.

I came here on my lunch break so I wasnt in a rush but I had to be back eventually. I placed my order with Noel but didn't start making my order, she then took the order of the lady behind me. I didn't think anything of it until they started talking like they knew each other, obviously she was a regular. She gave me my sandwich but not my drink, I saw her doing a lot with ice and knew that wasn't my drink. She made the order that was behind me and completely skipped me. If that's how they're gonna do business at this Starbucks, I'll just walk across the street to the other one.

Love the staff that runs this location. I am usually at this Starbucks 3 to 5 times a week in the morning and its the small things in life that I appreciate which is seeing the same smiling faces. Having them say hi to me by my name just makes my day. The people working the counter are so friendly, and have to give a extra special shoutout to Nicole who always greets me with a smile.

This Starbucks has a very rude manager named Brenna, she is not honest about giving the customer the right information about products they have available. The worker named Michael is also extremely rude and argumentative towards customers...Once I came in and ordered a golden ginger drink and Michael was was very rude and argumentative about the price of my order because he overcharged me and didn’t correct the problem.I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks employees until I came into this store inside Pavillions.

Like if I'm getting charged for pumps of vanilla please at the very least put them in my drink??? I literally heard them talking about needing vanilla in my drink and yet. Nothing. Go to the one by RSM lake.

I just moved to the area and this is the store I've been going to. October 1st they made a good salted caramel mocha latte, thank you so much but am giving 3 stars only for tidiness. It would literally take 3 seconds to wipe clean the excess. Front and back of cup photo attached
