Sometimes we all need a quick meal and Taco Bell delivers in that category. They change up the menu and it's extremely affordable. They even have a $2 menu, if you're a little short this is a good option.

We ordered two drinks two grilled ranch chicken burritos and 1 cheesy Gordita crunch tacos. We only received the one taco and one burrito in the drive through along with the drinks, when we got home to eat we realized we were missing one of our items, I called to see if we could come pick up the missing item. After confirming our order over the phone I was called a liar and was told I was wrong even looking at my receipt confirming what I ordered and payed for! I will never return to this establishment. The young woman that work here are extremely rude and disrespectful and have no customer service what so ever!!

I absolutely love this Taco Bell location!!! I frequently Door Dash from here and my food is always fresh and delicious! And when I go through the drive thru myself I always get the same results. All the employees are always very kind too :)) I never write reviews but had to for this location :D

Well I most always go to this location and sometimes the order is right and other times it is wrong . We ordered 4 burritos the other day - two no sauce and two green sauce and ended up with 1 green sauce and 3 with no sauce and the wrappers were wrong - so the one saying green was plain was really green and the plain had green sauce - Like come on .Today my order was right - only one crunchy beef taco and one bean and cheese burrito- I even got NAPKINS - that is not always given and they have started giving out exactly the exact number of sauce packets that you order so if you need 5 you better order 5. There is one guy at this location that has been there awhile and he will walk up to the drive up window and either sing to you or like today say - can you do me a favor ? I said yes , I have no idea I didn't say that depends , right . He said , please have a nice day . I said thank you , you as well !He is very nice !!!!!

The tacos tasted stale, the meat didn't taste seasoned or seasoned enough, the crunch wrap supreme was also under seasoned. The dr pepper and Pepsi tasted watered down. Not sure if it's just this location or if taco bell quality has gone down that much.

We went here after placing an online order. I kept waiting for 20 mins and the order status did not get updated. Upon asking the cashier even they were confused as to what happened to my order. After about 5 minutes they were able to sort out the issue and find my order.Overall the experience could have been better. But 5 star to the staff and the location/cleanliness etc.
The service through the drive thu was alright but the food that I received was absolute trash. My taco was really soggy and it came with another taco but it was the wrong one, there's a reason there rated so low

Where can I start? There is a for sure reason the deactivated the Google reviews for this location. I have been here 3 times and will guarantee.... its the absolute worst fast food location I have ever been to ever. Visited here my second time 2 days ago after leaving a poor review the very first time. Only visited today to get the names of the employees I wanted to mention to find out there were no name tags. I think one guys name was David or John. Idk... he is the young red head/light gingerish brown haired kid with big belly that is nothing like the rest of his figure. Lay off the taco bell buddy. Everything went straight there. Anyways came in 2 days ago and there was like 6 young kids there around high school maybe early collage but pretty sure high school age. After they were done ordering it was my turn. That kid with really bad acne I was referring to took my order after what appeared to be his friends ordered. I ordered the 3 soft taco meal regular(not Supreme) and a 5 layer burrito with no sour cream (I despise sour cream) and nacho fries. So when the ugly kids friends left. I noticed one who didn't oder anything left with bag of food much to busy to care about the order. My name was taken when I ordered. After literally 39 mins, being the only person left. I walked up where they all looked super surprised and said did you order. I gave them my receipt and said ya I ordered 40 mins ago. And they asked what I ordered like they couldn't read the receipt I gave them. When my oder was released to me literally 60 seconds later. I was given a #3 not the 3 soft tacos meal I ordered. Everything with sour cream. I waited 49 minutes for the wrong order cuz the kid who clearly gets high on taco bell supply was distraction by his stupid friends and didn't do his job properly. I said this isn't what I ordered and told him I ordered 3 soft taco meal he said I ordered a #3. The stupid manager ran in the back and hide and again today when I only ordered 3 soft tacos only and 9 hot sauce messed it up again and I had 1 taco, 1 bean and cheese and 2 hot sauce packets like for real if that kid could do one job he was hired for and wasn't so concerned with eating the frigging product over his ability to preform. This place wouldn't be so bad. But I honestly think its management here that is missing the mark not hiring qualified employees or at least keeping sone sort of respect in there roll and hiring terrible employees to lighten thier work load instead of stepping to the plate and digging properly as a manager. My last Google review before they turned off the option to post how terrible this location is. Was/is posted under Capitan. EVERY PERSON THIBG ABOUT COMING TO ORDER FOOD AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO EAT SHOULDJUST GO TO THE MCDONALDS IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTER. Dont waste your time here and think you will leave happy or in anyway satisfied. I'm going to be going to corporate and let them know this location has ruined my taste for taco bell and if was in anyway psychotic and revenge full. Id not hesitate to cone smoke theses pathetic humans in a trench coat. You no respect humans like the one hired here breed terrorists.
