Can't mess up a donut, but somehow they did. Frosting on a donut usually has its own distinct "donut frosting" flavor, but theirs is more akin to cake frosting. Read: way too sweet. It's not a very big place so you'd think it would be spic and span but it was a bit dingy. They have a wide selection of donuts which is good but not sure if they are all as super sweet as the one I chose (white cake with chocolate frosting). The service was quick and they are friendly. A plus. There are a variety of drinks (hot chocolate, water, soda, juice, coffee) but if you have to go to the bathroom, sorry, they don't let customers use the bathroom that is right in the center of the dining area. It's employees only. I get it if they don't want randos coming in for just the bathroom but maybe make it ok for customers? If they order and pay and ask for a key let them use it. (The Starbucks a few steps away let us use theirs). Try for yourself but don't go out of your way to do so.

My husband and I came in and the guy behind the counter after we paid said, “you two give off jehovah witness cult vibes.” I was shocked by his comment and said “what do you mean” then he proceeds to say “or maybe Mormon cult vibes or something.” These comments made us very uncomfortable and definitely will not return.

Worst customer service EVER. We were there at opening (7am) per the sign and rather than opening the employee tore down the sign and said 8am. What donut shop opens at 8am. Well we will never go back!

Pretty delicious, donuts were a bit pricey but good. Service was great. It's a little donut place next to its boba time. Kind of nice since I enjoy boba.

I love to stop here on my way to work, the staff is always so friendly, the Vietnamese coffee is my favorite, paired with a breakfast sandwich, it starts my day off great. I normally don't even drink coffee, but it is a special treat that doesn't have a strong coffee flavor...it definitely gives me an extra boost to get thru the day!

I was so disappointed after looking at the yelp pictures and then going to the shop.. ordered Vietnamese coffee and Almond Matcha they were too sweet.. The donuts were just regular donuts that I could get at a regular donut shop. The "fancy" donuts that were posted weren't on the shelves... I would never stop here again
Wow. I just ordered their breakfast bagel with jalapeño on top and it was fantastic. Best breakfast sandwich I've had. I'd go back.

Such a disappointment!!! I have been to several high quality gourmet donut shops and I'm sorry to say this certainly is NOT one of them. The donuts for the most part are lacking in sweetness and overall flavor, the donut is too dry and the icings were hard and crusty. My co workers described them as tasting like DAY OLD donuts. If I'm spending $82 for 2 dozen donuts, I expect quite a bit more than this poor offering.
