Great customer service every time I visit. The restaurant gets pretty noisy when full, due to all concrete and metal furnishings, but overall an upbeat vibe. Always clean, fully staffed, and ready to feed you a delicious meal.
Ordered a burger for curbside pick up. Told me food was ready at 8:30pm. Around 8:40 they came out with my food. Burger was luke warm. Opened up a sauce cup only to find about an 8 inch long brown hair stuck from under the lid inside my sauce cup.Really pissed that I got barely warm food late and someone's hair in my sauce. ??

Upscale burger place, so started at the top - got ABC burger, shake, and a large fry. Service was minimal, but OK. Fries were stale, barely warm. Shake was good, not over-sweet. Burger was disappointing. $85 for the three of us. I do not mind paying more for good food, but food was downscale.

The service was great as usual, and my chicken lettuce wrap was delicious. I am sorry to say I am not a fan of the new crinkle style sweet potato fries.Dietary restrictions: The options to have a gluten bun and a lettuce wrap are good for those with gluten restrictions.
