Place is a nightmare, not like the larger super centers. The service here is seriously lacking. No one here is willing to help with the smallest of things. I've gone to this location several times over, and never once did I have a good experience. The pharmacy is a joke too! If you're wanting to visit a walmart, you're better off going to one of the larger locations, maybe they have better support

My 90 year mother has all her medications filled at their pharmacy and Pharmacist Chelsea always goes above and beyond! She genuinely cares and is very, very helpful!

your associate tim was rude! he was just walking around the store on the phone with an airpod on his ear talking loudly. we tried to ask for help he stared us down and gave my little daughter an evil eye like she did something wrong and he said i beg your pardon but you people need to back off and let me do my own thing with a disrespectful tone of voice and pushed my daughter out of the way we tried asking two other associates for a manager but they didn't speak any english. we tried getting a cashier to get the manager but she was having trouble getting help on the register and we saw tim coming around the corner from the candy asile heading towards us so we quickly grabbed our things and left for the safety of my daughter. i will not be coming back here and i pray this walmart does a better job hiring people not just getting anyone who walks into the door. i also pray tim does not harm anyone! word of advice stay away from tim!!!!!

It's been raining for days. All the carts are soaking wet outside and apparently they have only 5 small baskets inside (which were not to be found) to carry small groceries. They stare at you instead of trying to help bag your groceries if you bring your own bag.

I love shopping at This Walmart because it's so convenient, but honestly the customer service at self check out is beyond ridiculous. There's hardly any registers open and i was buying some alcohol and waited 25 min to pay it for it because the lady at self checkout was too busy talking to another employee and told me there were two registers to go there because she didn't have time for me. As i walked out she was still in the same spot. That's such a waste of labor. Because of employees like Angie i no longer want to shop at this location.

I am house sitting in this area and was pleasantly surprised to find a Walmart close by. The store was clean and had all the basics I was looking for: produce, dairy, meats, snacks, soda, toiletries, etc. There were 2 checkers working and no wait on 4th of July. Self checkout was fully open and the store was not busy at all. I am not sure if this is the typical foot traffic here but the Walmarts near home are always chaotic and packed. Prices are competitive and plenty of parking.

Just figured out the "self check out ploy" they have the S L O W E S T checkers working . We always use the checkout line, they don't pay us to check out. So we patiently waited. Otherwise the staff in and around the store were helpful and friendly. THAT made it feel like a neighborhood store.

Well this is how us checkers do it using the ad - well ok if it makes you happy but I know the codes by now I buy the same produce every week . BTW I SPEND $75 to 150 each time I walk in each week. Ok now , DID YOU PAY FOR THAT STUFF ?? Of course I did ? Want to see the receipt ? I told her I do TWO ORDERS EACH TIME . Today - I RANG UP ALL MY GROCERIES THEN AT THE END AS I WAS STARTING TO LEAVE , MIND YOU SAME LADY, DID YOU PAY FOR THE EGGS ?? Of course I did - WANT TO SEE THE RECEIPT ?? I showed her and she looked - of course I did pay for the $4.99 eggs my total bill $75.68 REALLY I AM TIRED OF YOU HARASSING ME SO MUCH THAT GUESS WHAT WALMART - I am taking MY AND MY MOMS AND MY NEIGHBORS BUSINESS TO PAVILIONS ! I have had enough of that Grey haired ladies crap !! This store is good when it comes to prices an quality and I'm usually always able to find everything that I need. The thing that sucks is how long it takes to check out. Where are all of the cashiers?! It is so frustrating to use the self check out or the scan and go when you have multiple items or when you have kids with you. Sadly, sometimes I avoid this store And go somewhere else strictly because of that. Be ready to spend at least an hour in this store every time because the self check out takes so long. They always have a line because everyone is struggling with it. There is like one customer service person/cashier who just sits at the front and monitors it and watches everyone struggle. it's extremely frustrating when you have two young kids that don't sit still. If I wanted to be a grocery store checker, I would apply for a job.

Please change this Walmart back to the way it was... Customer service for returns refused to ring me up after return.. if I have a couple items why can't they just ring me up??? It's part of customer service. The price is great here but man whoever is in charge has changed the whole process of this place and not in a good way at all! For the past year I noticed- -Rude attitudes from staff -arguing with customers -attracting rude personalities as I noticed many customers now even argue or start crap with each other! Pathetic.. I don't even want to bring my son cause I don't want him to experience the negativity in this store... - if you ask for help customer service is a hit or miss. Old staff is still good but you can tell they are tired of the shit they deal with and new staff seems to be extremely unprofessional with Major attitudes. Makes you feel awkward to even ask a question... - I saw literally 4-6 staff walking the floor and one person at the register.. *As an experienced worker it looks like they are settling for horrible workers as well as horrible management. Customer service is closed all the time and only opens when they can lol.. and they won't ring up any new items upon returning other items.. they returned my item and made me get back in line to buy three small items.. the lines are horrific.. customer service is supposed to take care of the customer not only return their item. It's not the guys fault though it's the change they m their process.. TURN YOUR PROCESS BACK! It was simple, had order, staff was happy, customers happy... now it's sloppy and everyone's upset all the time. I really do hate to complain but bottom line this is a management issue... there are no managers on the floor, no guidance for staff or customers, no order, etc. if someone asks to speak to a manager there isn't one... that's not acceptable.. get the manager on the floor..

Two stars instead of one because prices are lower here than other grocery stores, but they still do a terrible job of keeping the shelves stocked, and like all Walmarts, customer service is still non existent. The older lady who works up front reeks of smoke so bad that I have an allergic reaction everytime she comes within 15 feet of me. Unprofessional to smell like an ashtray at work. Also impossible to buy alcohol here in the evenings because all the checkout lanes are closed and there is only self checkout. When you ask the smokey lady to ring it up for you she refuses, saying Im not allowed to because Im the only one here. Its obvious that she is just too lazy.
