Went through the drive-thru and was told to pull around and wait up front. That was fine until it took 15 for our food just for a sandwich and biggie bag. They forgot the nuggets. Went through the drive-thru again and it was almost another 10 minute wait. 30 minutes for food and they gave us the wrong sauce. Wasn’t worth going through a third time. Food is decent but the service was horrific. Only one rushed non-genuine apology. Wanted to race me through the drive thru fast but still took 30 minutes to deliver the food. Ironic.

Will not be returning. Went inside with my 4 year old daughter to grab a couple frosties and young employee around 18-20 years old, didn’t greet us and completely ignored us for probably 5 minutes. He saw us waiting patiently in line and rudely started helped a man that arrived after us still not acknowledging us even then. I’ve been in customer service in various jobs and it was at that point that I decided we won’t be giving them our business and didn’t say anything to him as it wasn’t worth my energy. I told my daughter we’d go to McDonald’s up the street, as their customer service is excellent and she likes to play there as well. This place has really gone down in the last few years-haven’t been here since 2021 since I used to get frosties once in awhile, but won’t be returning after this.

Wendy's is great. Of course I have my favorites. Keep it up Wendy's!!

I have given this restaurant my business many times over and tonight was the last straw. I ordered two doubles and what I got was two singles. I ordered a vanilla shake and your employee was ready to have me walk out the door without it. Even after getting a raise to $20/hr, your staff just can't seem to put forth the effort to do a good job. To top it off your air conditioning in the building failed. Bad management, bad employees. I'm done! Never again!

This place gave me the runs. As in made me sick. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place.
Aside from the food the staff could not care less. Did the bare minimum with no expression or care to their work, they were miserable. The atmosphere was barren. No music AT ALL, posters all over the place, totally sterile interior. Just skip this place! Sad to see.

I want to give them a better rating but they close their damn lobby like 30 minutes earlier than the posted time like every day and it's annoying.

I'm sure I asked for a chessburger combo but I got a chicken combo instead. It was really good. I didn't even complain.

Great food and good service. Even if the line in the Drive-Thru as long they still get you out of there pretty fast.
